Sir, I have only been to Gerber Auto twice but I have been extremely satisfied with their services. I was recommended by USAA during an insurance claim to go through you for services and I am more than pleased with the work that has been done. Rarely do I go out of my way to write a letter or email to a business, but the Gerber Auto in Tacoma has some of the most outstanding employees I have met. Any future work I have or friends that need a recommendation, Gerber Auto will be where we go.

Yesterday Gerber Collision repaired the bumper on my Honda Civic. I was very pleased with quality of work, the price, and the courteous attention I received. Vans was great to work with, and I enjoyed visiting with Joseph, the nice young man who provided transportation to and from my home. Laurie at the desk was pleasant and helpful.

I recently had my vehicle read ended by another driver here in Seattle, WA. I reported the accident to your Auto Claims staff and asked for their recommendation on their to take my vehicle to get damage estimates and eventual repairs done. Consequently, the other driver admitted fault for the accident and volunteered to pay for the repair. I went to two of the Collision Repair companies that your staff referred me to and received two estimates. The purpose of this letter is to commend the Gerber Collision and Glass company in Lynnwood. The Gerber staff members were outstanding in every way! Very professional and competent and friendly... and their repair work was GREAT!! Above all, their price was very, very fair especially compared to the other estimate I received (provided by another collision repair company that I was told does ... extensive work for USAA)! I want to commend Gerber staff TJ Holsworth and Vans Alcain for their friendly and very professional service. I strongly endorse the Gerber Collision & Glass company for any future collision work for USAA members in the North Seattle/Shoreline/Edmonds/Lynnwood, WA area. read more

I was distraught when I was involved in a collision on my birthday. I completely thought that my car would never ever look the same. I was very skeptical because I didn't trust any collision repair shops. I just thought that they did such sloppy jobs and cared about the pay and not about the cars. I was without my car for about 22 days. So I got used to driving the rental car. The day I got the call about my car being ready for pick up, I was sooo scared and nervous. I was sad to let go of the rental for I feared that my car would not look the same. When the rental car company dropped me off at Gerber, I felt like crying. I was so so nervous! I made my way inside and I immediately told the receptionist that I was scared and nervous! I told her that I don't want to see the car if it does not look the same and she laughed. I went outside to ... meet the guy that went for my car. As he pulled up in front of me. My jaw dropped! I was soooo ecstatic to see my car! All my fears went away for I saw a completely different car! Indeed it wss different because My car had came back better than before my accident! I truly am grateful for the hard work they put in my car! Hands down, without a doubt will recommend Gerber to anyone a d everyone!
