Yesterday Gerber Collision repaired the bumper on my Honda Civic. I was very pleased with quality of work, the price, and the courteous attention I received. Vans was great to work with, and I enjoyed visiting with Joseph, the nice young man who provided transportation to and from my home. Laurie at the desk was pleasant and helpful.

I recently had my vehicle read ended by another driver here in Seattle, WA. I reported the accident to your Auto Claims staff and asked for their recommendation on their to take my vehicle to get damage estimates and eventual repairs done. Consequently, the other driver admitted fault for the accident and volunteered to pay for the repair. I went to two of the Collision Repair companies that your staff referred me to and received two estimates. The purpose of this letter is to commend the Gerber Collision and Glass company in Lynnwood. The Gerber staff members were outstanding in every way! Very professional and competent and friendly... and their repair work was GREAT!! Above all, their price was very, very fair especially compared to the other estimate I received (provided by another collision repair company that I was told does ... extensive work for USAA)! I want to commend Gerber staff TJ Holsworth and Vans Alcain for their friendly and very professional service. I was distraught when I was involved in a collision on my birthday. I completely thought that my car would never ever look the same. I was very skeptical because I didn't trust any collision repair shops. I just thought that they did such sloppy jobs and cared about the pay and not about the cars. I was without my car for about 22 days. So I got used to driving the rental car. The day I got the call about my car being ready for pick up, I was sooo scared and nervous. I was sad to let go of the rental for I feared that my car would not look the same. When the rental car company dropped me off at Gerber, I felt like crying. I was so so nervous! I made my way inside and I immediately told the receptionist that I was scared and nervous! I told her that I don't want to see the car if it does not look the same and she laughed. I went outside to ... meet the guy that went for my car. As he pulled up in front of me. My jaw dropped! I was soooo ecstatic to see my car! All my fears went away for I saw a completely different car! Indeed it wss different because My car had came back better than before my accident! I truly am grateful for the hard work they put in my car! Hands down, without a doubt will recommend Gerber to anyone a d everyone! Gerber Collision and Glass went above and beyond all my expectations. Because all the work completed on my car looked more than amazing. The paint job is so sleek, it’s seriously perfect and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I couldn’t help but notice how friendly everyone there was it felt like they cared about nothing more than having me leave there happy. Not only did I leave happy, but now I’m going to recommend the shop to all of my friends and family. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and I want them to go to Gerber so that they can get the smoothest paint job on their cars just like I did. My new neighbor backed into me at 6am, 2 days after I moved cross-country to Washington State where I knew NO ONE. My car was 2 weeks old. His insurance company recomended Gerber as their preferred body shop. By 2pm the same day, the car was at Gerber for an estimate and they were able to take it in the same day. Mike Willimason arranged for a rental while my car was being repaired. He called me every couple of days to give me updates and tell me of the progress they were making. They arranged for everything and went above and beyond what a normal body shop would do. They took a personal interest in my car and made the whole thing feel painless. I would recommend them without any hesitation! The car looks fantastic and they returned it spotless!

I would like to highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass, 6240South Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA 98409 for the stellar job they did in repairing our little VW Golf. We were sprayed on the I-5 with gravel from a semi, and had to have our windshield replaced, and some semi-major paint work done. We were traumatized by the event (to say the least) and Gerber took us under their wing. They came to the house and replaced the windshield for us, then booked us a rental car free of charge while our paint work was being repaired. Friendly, and caring, they took care of us. Special shout out to Michael Wells especially, who was our head collision guy, and also to the manager Richard Anderson. they both were very helpful. As were all the other staff that we dealt with. Would I do business with them in future? Absolutely. Would I recommend? Most ... definitely. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Thank you Gerber~! read more

I was very impressed with the customer service I received from everyone I came in contact with at Gerber Collision. It has been years since I've had to deal with an insurance claim and my first thought was that it will be lengthy and painful. Much to my surprise Gerber dealt directly with the insurance complany as well as arranging a rental car while my car was being repaired. The process was quick and painless. I even got my car back quicker than originally anticipated which has really nice.
