I had a horrible experience with the insurance company during the past two months trying to get my car fixed. If it were not for the outstanding customer service provided by Vans Alcain and Laurie, the receptionist at the Lynnwood Gerber location, I would have pulled my hair out. Vans' follow through with all my requests and those of the insurance company were thorough and done in a timely manner. I really appreciated his carrying approach and appreciation for the level of frustration I was feeling from the lack of cooperation and support I was receiving from the insurance company.

I was in an accident and my fender was broken. Between Gerber (Bellevue, WA) and the insurance company, everything was handled quickly and professionally, with Gerber keeping me up to date on status and working with the car rental agency. I didn't have to do a thing except bring the car in. And the repair itself was flawless, and the car was returned cleaned inside and out.

Collision repair is always unfortunate and stressful. The Tacoma Gerber team, first and foremost, extended compassion and understanding, which illustrated a very human side and showed they truly cared for their fellow human beings. They were extremely knowledgable in their estimating skills and explained everything as we went through that exercise. The kept me informed as the job progressed and actually beat thier time budget. I can't say enough about the repairs they performed. My auto has not looked this good for years. I am one happy and satisfied customer.

My first collision repair in my life, at nearly 50, I dreaded doing this through my insurance. It became an easy, extraordinary simple event. Your office is extremely professional and efficient. Gerber handled everything. I remember arriving the morning to pickup my truck. Walking right up to it and inspecting the repairs. I could not tell that anything had been wrong. I eyed the panel with the reflection of the sun on it, flawless! The tailgate opened and shut smoothly. Wow as I smiled. The paint matched. I put my finger over what was the damaged area - smooth. I had to ask if they replaced the panel with a new one - Nope. I wanted it repaired instead of being replaced. It was as good as a new panel. Right ON! incredible work - Thanks
