WA - 14955 NE 90th St, Redmond - 1/28/12

We have gone to the Gerber location in Redmond twice now for non-accident related repairs to the exterior of our car. They are extremely friendly, do good work very quickly, and we have NEVER felt like they were trying to cheat us or over charge us; if the actual labor hours and parts needed to do the job come out to less than the initial quote, that is all they bill you for! Would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Keep up the good work!

Convenient to downtown Seattle, efficient service and lots of communication between the estimator and myself by phone and by email. My car looks like new (replaced door and and expert work done to bring my bumper back to life!) and was completed in a very timely manner. The customer provided by Scott was excellent and professional. USAA was also very easy to work with and did not delay in helping me get my claim approved. Lastly, my car was detailed on the inside, a service I didn't expect, and so felt great to climb back in to.

Tyler took care of me. Have a 2006 Z06 Corvette. Car is in excellent condition. The left rear facia got pushed in far enough to tear the fastners in the left rear fender (parking lot). Tyler took exceptional care of the car while his technitions carefully repaired the panels. I got to view the car as it progressed through the repair steps and was thrilled with the car that was taken. Communication was excellent, including the entire staff. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT BODY SHOP.

My car got hit by a rock that was dropped off an overpass while I was driving on the freeway. Initially I thought only my windshield needed to be fixed and I called my insurance. They set me up with Gerber in Bellevue and it was SO EASY. When I realized that my roof also needed to be fixed, I called my insurance back and Gerber could help me with that too! Once I got to them, they were calm, helpful, explained things clearly and were in contact with me every step of the way. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Second time we used Gerber. Both times, someone ran into us: once in the back and this one, in the front. Same car, too. After repairs, our car looks just as it did when new. Its a 2003 Accord and we love it, and love the work Gerber did. And, that includes answering the phone on the first call, giving an immediate estimate, communicating during the repair process, and ultimately complelting the work on time and with great quality. I would like to give a 10 to the crew at Gerber collision. Vans Alcain, Kept me informed every step of the way and was truly a pleasure to deal with as he explained where we were at with repairs. The crew at Lynnwood WA Laurie, Tim, Scott, Mel... all deserve 10 as well... They were all pleasant to deal with and made me feel very confident that I was dealing with a top notch out fit.

Local Gerber shop provided great service and went one step beyond. I took my car in for a simple repair -- replacing brackets on the rear bumper. While in the shop, the local Gerber guys decided they were unhappy with a paint job they had done on the same bumper five months earlier. So they completely redid it, free of charge. I got way more than I asked for and I was impressed with their drive for quality.

I had a great experience with Gerber, throughout the whole process - from estimate to completion. The estimate went quickly and smoothly. The estimator was friendly and helpful when I had questions regarding my insurance coverage. The lead time to schedule an appointment was short,. Although they had to keep my vehicle longer than originally estimated (some other parts needed to be ordered) they completed it within the revised timeframe. My car was clean and looked great when I picked it up! The only negative is that I noticed my temperature controls have not worked properly since I had my car repaired. Gerber suggested I take it somewhere else for evaluation, and to call back if there's a link between the temperature control and the front bumper repair.
