From start to finish the communication was excellent. I was kept informed almost daily via text on the progress. They dealt direct with the insurance company. All I had to do was drop off my vehicle at the appointed time and pick it up when it was ready. I would definitely use them again if needed.

The crew at the Stanwood Gerber were outstanding in the areas of ensuring that communication was open and relevant, the customer service was above and beyond, and the overall quality of craftsmanship of the repair made it look like it just rolled off the assembly line. WOW way to knock it out of the park :) I'd give them 10 out of 10 for this type of service and appreciate the level of detail from the front office to the guys on the floor a big hearty THANKS !_!

The initial inspection was easy and straightforward. We set a date, arranged for an enterprise rental, and it worked out the way the staff said it would. No surprises, good customer service each time I called, as well as face-to-face interactions. The vehicle was ready on time (one day early, actually), and the body collision repair is good as new. The one small "grow" occurred when I picked up the vehicle, and the windows/door locks did not work. I went back inside, told the tech, and he had it fixed in 10 minutes easy. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would bring my vehicles back to Gerber.

We are very pleased with outstanding job Gerber Collision & Glass did on our 1995 Honda Accord Wagon. They were able to find a discontinued major part for our car and the results were perfect. I recommend this company for any auto accident that you need fix.
