I needed my back bumper on my Miata repaired after my mechanic accidentally put a deep gouge in it during a repair. I've taken all my cars to Gerber for body work and they did another terrific job with repairing and repainting my bumper. The paint matching is excellent. I'm very happy with their work and the professionalism of the staff. I always recommend them to people I know who need auto body work done. They are the best.

We've just completed our second auto repair with Gerber at 11425 West Sunset Highway in Airway Heights, Washington. Our repeat business should say it all but the extent of their expertise calls for more. From beginning to end, we were dealt with high caliber professionalism. Everyone we came in contact with was cordial and courteous. And both times our Nissan Altima was returned in mint condition. We couldn't have asked for more.

There ended up being several more repairs than initially estimated, but they took care of contacting our insurance and making all the arrangements necessary. Could not expect better service. Everyone was patient, courteous and very professional. Was expecting to wait a week and was pleasantly surprised when we got the call 3 days later saying the job had been completed. And.. the work done looked perfect !

Outstanding service from Shaneel S. and the team at Gerber. We only need a minor repair to my daughter's car but Gerber made us feel important. Shaneel listened, walked me through the process start to finish, asked good questions and went above and beyond fixing not only a mirror but taking the time to replace the fuse to make both mirrors work properly. The car was ready on time and under estimate. Thank you again!

This is the second time in a year that I have used this location and they were great to work with. The first time I had hood damage from being egged while driving and this time someone backed into me in a parking lot. The staff were so helpful and informative that it made the whole process easier. They made arrangements for the rental car and kept me informed on how things were going with the repairs. I would refer this location to anyone!!
