Two years ago our town car was sideswiped on passenger side, Gerber Collision repaired the damage to my delight. Even my wife was satisfied and delighted---and thats saying something!!! March the year the car was parked in a hospital garage and was hit hard on left side of rear bumper, causing cracks and the finish the shatter a foot or so on each side. Didn't think it could be repaired without replaceing the whole bumper. However, GERBER did a great job of repairing--and it looks good as new!! My wife was overjoyed!!! SO was I. My experience with Tyler, Summer and everyone at Gerber has been fabulous. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra efforts that were taken to get my car in and out so quickly. And the final product is beautiful. Thanks for realizing that Customer Service is the key! You guys have it all figured out - good job.

I received the most incredible service from your office in Redmond, Wa. In fact I had to have my car repaired last year and used your office at that time as well. Michael Williamson was my estimator and was prompt, efficient, relaxed and very kind. He told me exactly what needed to be done to my vehicle. He offered me options and deliverd on the timeline he gave me as well as the price. In addition he allowed me to return my rental car to your office and took it back to the rental car company for me. My 2007 Mustang was involved in a hit and run causing significant damage over $10,000. Gerber collision has completed the repairs and you can't tell that it was ever in an accident. I am totally pleased with the Quality and professionalism at Gerber collision.

When my vehicle was vandalized, I submitted my claim to USAA and they gave me a list of shops to go to get my vehicle repaired. When my previous vehicle was hit, I brought it to Gerber Collision and loved the work they did on my car and they made it look brand new. So when I saw gerber collision on the list of places I could go for my Cruze to get repaired, I quickly chose Gerber as I appreciate the quality of their work and the timeliness in which they returned my vehicle to me. Thank you for making my Cruze feel like new.

I had been rear-ended and the insurance of the other driver covered the repairs (USAA). The repair on the back bumper looks great and the billing was done smoothly so that I didn't have to be involved at all, other than giving my claim number.

The customer service was very nice and the auto-body repair men were very professional and knowledgeable with their work. Gerber Collision also called me and kept me updated with my vehicle. I had some minor damage to my rear bumper so I didn't expect much, but I had a rental car waiting for me, quick turnaround, and my car was detailed when I picked it up the next day.
