I received the most incredible service from your office in Redmond, Wa. In fact I had to have my car repaired last year and used your office at that time as well. Michael Williamson was my estimator and was prompt, efficient, relaxed and very kind. He told me exactly what needed to be done to my vehicle. He offered me options and deliverd on the timeline he gave me as well as the price. In addition he allowed me to return my rental car to your office and took it back to the rental car company for me. When my vehicle was vandalized, I submitted my claim to USAA and they gave me a list of shops to go to get my vehicle repaired. When my previous vehicle was hit, I brought it to Gerber Collision and loved the work they did on my car and they made it look brand new. So when I saw gerber collision on the list of places I could go for my Cruze to get repaired, I quickly chose Gerber as I appreciate the quality of their work and the timeliness in which they returned my vehicle to me. Thank you for making my Cruze feel like new.

I had been rear-ended and the insurance of the other driver covered the repairs (USAA). The repair on the back bumper looks great and the billing was done smoothly so that I didn't have to be involved at all, other than giving my claim number.

I was very satisfy with the work that gerber collision did on my ford explorer. The customer service was very nice and the auto-body repair men were very professional and knowledgeable with their work. Gerber Collision also called me and kept me updated with my vehicle. I would recommend gerber collision to others.

I had some minor damage to my rear bumper so I didn't expect much, but I had a rental car waiting for me, quick turnaround, and my car was detailed when I picked it up the next day. I couldn't believe it when the service writer told me it would take about an hour to do my mirror and they came back with my keys in 15 minutes, when they say there fast, there really fast. Thanks Gerber Redmond, you guys are awesome.

This process was so smooth and easy I couldn't believe it. My estimator, Andrew Pierce took care of everything, from dealing with my insurance to getting the rental car arranged -- all I had to do was show up at Gerber! I actually never even talked to my insurance company - Andrew did it all. He was professional and friendly and I really felt I received excellent customer service. The work on my car was top notch as well -- can't even tell it was damaged. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber to everyone I know!
