I couldn't believe it when the service writer told me it would take about an hour to do my mirror and they came back with my keys in 15 minutes, when they say there fast, there really fast. Thanks Gerber Redmond, you guys are awesome.

I was extremely satisf/ed with the service in fixing my car . The parts were ordered and the process to fix the damage only took 2 days unstead of 3.. Jimmy was very professional and kept me posted on the progress.

This process was so smooth and easy I couldn't believe it. My estimator, Andrew Pierce took care of everything, from dealing with my insurance to getting the rental car arranged -- all I had to do was show up at Gerber! I actually never even talked to my insurance company - Andrew did it all. He was professional and friendly and I really felt I received excellent customer service. The work on my car was top notch as well -- can't even tell it was damaged. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber to everyone I know!

The personnel (Summer Akers) were extremely personable and helpful. The quality of work was above and beyond what was anticipated and the overall experience made the most positive impression. My car was returned in far better condition than when I left it; even the parts of the car that were not identified as having issues. Above a 10 rating.

the crew here at gerber has really taken care of me. this is my third time at this collision repair center and everytime they have done beautiful work in reparing my subaru. they contact me and keep me up to date with any body work or any damage that they find a long the way, and are courteous enough to respond back to emails i send to them through my smartphone. they go above and beyond! thank you!!!!
