I am satisfied with the repairs. My bumper looks great. Additionally, Gerber discovered an unrelated problem with the tire of my vehicle and was able to resolve that in a great manner, saving me an unexpected surprise on the road. Overall good experience.

Overall, shop did an outstanding job on repairs. Bumper is almost new. Shop cleaned the interior and exterior of my vehicle as a courtesy, which is above and beyond what they needed to do. As an adjuster with the Hartford Insurance, I will continue recommending this shop to my customers due to their courtesy, workmanship, and outstanding customer service.
