Gerber is always my first call or the first company I mention when someone says they need auto glass or collision repair. I have used Gerber 3 times and each and every time, my repairs are perfect! This time I had the pleasure of working with Andrew and Stephanie and I couldn't have gotten better service; from the moment I called until my vehicle was ready, they were helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. My car looks so good, you can't even tell someone smashed into my car. Also, I just want to say it is the "little things", like picking up car and noticing that they cleaned up all of the spilled coffee spots from the coffee that went all over the interior of my car when I was hit. Thank you Gerber!

I was impressed with the level of service at Gerber Collision and Glass in Gig Harbor WA. Dustin B., the estimator, assigned to my repair was fantastic. He kept me informed of the progress of the repair. His communication was clear and direct. He provided me with ample information regarding the repair of my Sienna and the rental process. Gerber Collision was the best of all the auto body repair shops I have dealt with. The facility is clean and organized with plenty of parking. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I recommend Dustin and the services at Gerber Collision and Glass without reservation.

I was impressed with the turn around time of getting my vehicle back. They communicated with me in a timely fashion and went through the process. I didn't realize it until I left, they even vacuumed my car, which was nice. I defiantly recommend them.

I would rate Gerber Collision at 4.5 out of 5 stars, since the repair work appears perfect & the customer rapport from reception to estimator to general manager is superb, while I also had a couple challenges with an accidental tire puncture occurring between final inspection & my receiving my repaired car & with a miscommunication on hood repair of current damage & prior minor damage. We came to an amicable understanding, which is commendable.

Gerber did a great job on my Honda , notified me of each step they where on fixing the damage , I was amazed at how quick it took to fix with ordering parts and all. Also , the employees are so nice and efficient. I would 100% recomend them.

Amazing team......very thorough upfront discussion of timing and what would be done and very comprehensive updating as the work took about 2 weeks. Very impressed with everyone and would highly recommend them to anyone needing wonderful car for their car!

Very happy with the repairs and service provided. Joseph, Devin & Brian and the entire team were extremely customer focused and communicated daily the progress on my car repairs. Everything required was skillfully replaced, repaired and painted in a shorter timeframe than was quoted or anticipated. I am totally satisfied and highly recommend this Gerber Collision location and although I hope to not need their services again, I would definitely use them again. Thanks team!
