The customer service was EXCELLENT! Dale Vanwyk was courteous, honest, and his follow through was right on. There was a problem with my car and it took a day extra and they paid for the extra day of car rental, also fixed a cosmetic flaw that wasn't caused by the accident AND they took care of returning the rental car for me. I am beside myself on how well I was treated and the car looks great too!

I was very happy and satisfied with the service, work, and mostly the customer service at Lacey Gerber. I have had work done at other local locations and they don't even compair. Riley kept me updated and informed. Everyone was so nice and helpful and my truck looks great! I can't say enough about them...I have found my collison place, and as great as they are, I hope not to see them very often! Thanks everyone at Lacey Gerber Collision and Glass.

Wonderful service, there was a slight oversight of some little plastic screws not being attatched and when I made Gerber aware, they fixed it on the spot immediately upon me pulling up. Fast, accurate, great service. I have had windshield repaired in the past and they do an EXCELLENT job! I would recommend Gerber and I choose them every time for any repairs or isssues I have with my truck.
