"Our truck was in a hit and run accident about a week and a half ago. I called USAA to figure out the details and get reffered to a collision center. They reccomended Gerber Collision here in Lacey. When I brought the truck in, I was pretty upset. They put me at ease and told me it would be an eight "working day" turnaround. They helped me get into a rental car, and five days later, our truck was done! They brought the truck around, and I couldn't even tell that it had been hit (the damage was extensive). The paint job is fresh and blends perfectly with the rest of the body. I would reccomend Gerber to our family and friends. The staff went above and beyond to get our truck back on the road, and were able to provide a vehicle in the meantime. I couldn't be more grateful!"

1. In my busy schedule, it was very convenient to have received the phone call to plan for my vehicle assessment and turn in for repairs. 2. Personnel were very professional and polite, and accommodating to my questions and needs. 3. Good time management and convenience with Enterprise Car Rental readily available at the site for rental needs. 4. Mrs. Riley Morgan was vigilant in keeping me well informed with the repair progress and explaining the processes required for the job well done. 5. From my immediate and brief visual assessment of the vehicle repairs, it appears an excellent job has been done. 6. Work was completed at a very timely manner, having received the finished product sooner than previously expected even awaiting parts. 7.
