Estimate process: super quick and easy; everything explained well, and coordinated with insurance. Drop off: coordinated with Enterprise for my rental car, called for me and had pickup within a few minutes of when I dropped the car off During repair: got a call the day before telling me that the car would be ready the next day (nice to get the update) Pickup: car was ready when promised, clean outside AND INSIDE (total bonus for me!) Jimmy was really easy to work with, nice, knowedgable, helpful, friendly.

Great customer service. Called me at regular intervals to give me status updates and provided a rental at no charge when the repair ran much longer than anticipated, though through no fault of their own.

The man I who handled my business was David Pitton. He was friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient during the process, from estimate through the completed repair of my vehicle. He called me the second day to let me know the progress on the repair, and when it was completed, he arranged for Mel to pick me up and transport me to the Gerber Office. Mel was very polite and pleasant. I appreciated the receptionist explaining the proper care of a repainted car. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to others, as I was treated extremely well!
