Needed some body work done on 2006 Toyota Highlander due to an auto accident. Spoke with Quincey and he wrote the estimate. Quincey answered all my questions. Left the vehicle for repairs and some painting. When finished paid the remaining balance. Their workmanship was very good. Painting the fender and door was perfectly matched. I highly recommend this shop for body repairs and painting. I am glad I let them do the repairs. 2006 Toyota looks great for a 20 year old car.

Not only did Jared and his team do a great job on repairing the damage to my car but they also noticed my radiator was leaking and they replaced that as well , I can't say enough about USAA taking care of the damages to my car and Jared's team separately taking care of the radiator as well and at a resonable price. They did a great job and in a timely manner. Thank ya'll so much.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with this location! Specifically, I'd like to highlight Christina at the front desk. She is simply phenomenal. Kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. She made the entire process simple. My vehicle was ready a week sooner than anticipated. I hope to not need their services again, but if I do, I know where to go!

I have found the place where I can give the good people at Gerber a proper review. I don't usually do that. But Lexi (the adjuster who assessed the damage to my vehicle) and Joey (more than a front desk person) at the 10208 N FM 620 location treated me like gold. You can't find two people who are more on top of their jobs. It's no fun to have to get car damage repaired, but just exceptional service. Very professional. These people bend over backwards to help you through these moments. I didn't meet the people who repaired my car, but they also seem to have done great work. If you have to repair an oopsy on your car, I highly recommend going to Gerber and meeting Lexi and Joey. If you run the shop there, pay these people more! They're worth it.

Leslie and Don of Gerber Webster have been absolutely amazing! Got my first big purchase, a brand new car in the US in March yet lo and behold, a hailstorm hit Pearland couple months later. ?? So, I decided to entrust the dent repairs to Gerber after reading all the good reviews online. Not gonna lie, I wasn't perfectly satisfied the first time my car was released from the shop and had it returned for another quality check. But it's all in the past now and resolved. All my appreciation goes to Leslie and Don for making sure that everything turns well this time around. I had a great experience with Gerber Collision& Glass Repair Shop in Pflugerville. The entire team was professional, friendly, and courteous from start to finish.
