The entire team at the location in Pflugerville is absolutely professional and had my car up and running with timely beautiful work after being in an auto collision. Jay was the team member who directly worked with me. He is awesome, kind hearted and courteous. He went above and beyond to ensure that my car was safe and ready for me to drive again. This was by far the best experience I have every had with a body shop. My car was given a Monday ready time, (I brought it in on a Tuesday morning). My car was back in my driveway on Thursday~~ 2 days was all it took!! Gerber kept me up to date on where my car was during the process by text message. I was never in the dark on what was going on with my car. You now have a customer for life. ( I just really hope I never have to use you again.)

I had an accident and USAA recommended GERBER to me. All of the staff and workmanship is 5 stars! Valerie at the desk helped coordinate my visit and was very patient, knowledgeable and so kind!! Jay, my advisor went above and beyond helping me. There was another gentleman that saw me transferring a wheelchair from my rental and saw me out the window, left the group he was with and came outside and lifted the wheelchair back into my car. The service they provide is excellent and the work they did was wonderful, professional and like I said, above and beyond! This company really knows how to treat their customers. They have a very clean, comfortable waiting area. Everyone I had contact with was focused on my experience, something that is lacking in many businesses.
