He kept me updated every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Explained what repairs were made. Explained lifetime warranty. Vehicle cleaned and detailed. Exemplary service. Will highly recommend!

Great shop, secretary was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The main guy helped us with our car and even worked with us on the price/insurance payout. They figure out a way for you to pay as little as possible out of pocket. I even got actual .Toyota parts and not aftermarket. I already referred my dad to this shop and will refer anybody in need of auto body work. Usually you hear of auto shops taking advantage of people. This is not the case with Gerber. The guy sat us down, talked to us, and he ensured us that we would not overpay and would get the parts we wanted despite the insurance company refusing to pay for actual Toyota parts (insurance companies like to pay as little as possible so that includes aftermarket parts). I recently had a horrible service experience with a neighboring location that had turned me off to using you all again. After working with your team at this location, I will make every effort to come here and recommend to friends. The staff here was friendly, professional, and above all worked with the client on what was best for them and their schedule. I can't say enough good things about this group, especially the two staff members who worked with me directly. Thank you for solving my car issues and for putting in the effort to help your clients!

INCREDIBLE, AMAZING SERVICE!! Moses, the technician, & Manuel M, general manager, helped me on a late Friday afternoon, when I frantically arrived at Gerber with my DIY job that went terribly wrong resulting in the drivers' side door being unable to open and unlock due to my neglect to attach inner car door cables. Manuel quickly assessed the problem and gave the task to Moses. They were quick, considerate and ultra efficient in fixing my error. They had my door panel back in place with everything working within an hour! The superb and caring customer service I received on such short notice was extraordinary! With much gratitude, thank you Moses, Manuel & Gerber Collision & Glass!!

Unfortunately, just three weeks later, we had a run-in with a deer and had to bring it back. Once again, Gerber exceeded our expectations. Needed some body work done on 2006 Toyota Highlander due to an auto accident. Spoke with Quincey and he wrote the estimate. Quincey answered all my questions. Left the vehicle for repairs and some painting. When finished paid the remaining balance. Their workmanship was very good. Painting the fender and door was perfectly matched. I highly recommend this shop for body repairs and painting. I am glad I let them do the repairs. 2006 Toyota looks great for a 20 year old car.

Not only did Jared and his team do a great job on repairing the damage to my car but they also noticed my radiator was leaking and they replaced that as well , I can't say enough about USAA taking care of the damages to my car and Jared's team separately taking care of the radiator as well and at a resonable price. They did a great job and in a timely manner. Thank ya'll so much.

Kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. She made the entire process simple. My vehicle was ready a week sooner than anticipated. I have found the place where I can give the good people at Gerber a proper review. I don't usually do that. But Lexi (the adjuster who assessed the damage to my vehicle) and Joey (more than a front desk person) at the 10208 N FM 620 location treated me like gold. You can't find two people who are more on top of their jobs. It's no fun to have to get car damage repaired, but just exceptional service. Very professional. These people bend over backwards to help you through these moments. I didn't meet the people who repaired my car, but they also seem to have done great work. If you have to repair an oopsy on your car, I highly recommend going to Gerber and meeting Lexi and Joey. If you run the shop there, pay these people more! They're worth it.
