The people at the Waxahachie location are world class. Brought in my daughters car for a quote. She backed out of a parking spot and tore out all the plastics under the car. John was amazing! I thought I was going to spend hundreds if not a thousand dollars in repairs. John got it up on a lift to take a look. He saw it was a simple fix. He repaired it on spot at no charge! You just don't find that level of customer service these days. Blew me away! I cant recommend Gerber and John enough. Thank You!

After my daughter had wreck I contacted my insurance company to start my claim. The insurance gave me a list of local auto body shops that were on their list and Gerber was one of the top. Well our experience was awesome. Everyone we came in contact with was great but Amber took care us from start to finish. She was great to work with and very knowledgeable of the whole process. Repairs were covered by the other driver's insurance company (State Farm). Vehicle looks great - excellent work. Very impressed with status updates. We were given timely updates with what was being worked on and when repairs should be completed. If there were any changes we were notified immediately, which really helped with planning, and they were very accommodating to work around our travel plans. A very pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation.

I have been bak in my vehicle for only 2 days however so far the quality of work looks very good. What really impressed me was how my advisor Omar C. communicated with me every step of the way throughout the process, even showing empathy as we worked through a challenge with my insurance company not performing to the level of satisfaction expected of a company such as UAIS. Who knew that one could have an awesome experience at a collision-body shop but that's what happened to me. I needed a small repaint job on a section of my car. This body shop repainted it while I waited. Amazing!!!

Don't go to any other body shop! Let me explain. My wife hit a road rock and slightly bent the door of our 2 month old Toyota Camry. The dealership sent us to George (Jorge S) at Gerber in Denton. I had never heard of it. I came in, showed the damage to George. He was honest, upfront, and easy to work with. He explained that the door, front panel, and light would need to be replaced. I asked for an estimate. He studied the car quietly, then looked at me and said "let me try something in the shop". Forty minutes later he brought it to me, fixed - it was perfect as if nothing had happened to it! It was amazing- and when I asked how much it cost he smiled and said "nothing"! Amazing!
