"I got several quotes from reputable collision providers for a minor ding on my brand new Toyota Matrix 2010. The Estimate was provided w/honesty, professionalism and superb customer service. It wasn't the lowest of the three estimates I secured, but the Service Representative informed me that there were discount coupons on the web site that would help offset the difference in price. However, AFter doing some research on my own and investigating that ONLY Gerber Collision provided such an outstanding warranty and over a 97% Customer Satisfaction rating, I was really in a difficult position up until when I suggested to Gerber that other "reputable" quotes were provided...one was from Car Star and the other a long time body collision place in my local area. NOT only did Gerber work up a more competitive price, they Beat both ... those other estimates without compromising on the quality and Exceptional Customer Service that quite honestly, doesn't exist in may circumstances now-a-days especially dealing with body or collision shops. The work was done in a timely fashion, beyond my expectations, at a more competitive price than any other quote I recieve and the Customer Service particularly from Kim and Marci Mendez was beyond Exceptional. I would not ONLY recommend Gerber but would be very willing to be a spoke person for the very same reason that they are....ambassadors for exceptional customer service in the auot/glass and collision industry.....If they treated me with this kind of superb service ....all for a minor door ding, can you imagine how well you will be treated with major repairs? Gerber has been an amazing place to do business with. Mark Wadzinski at the South Elgin location has been a constant in offering superior customer service and guidance. I feel that he has gone above and beyond the normal day to day expectation of any customer. My daughter and I have been to this location many times, and each time we walk in, we are greeted as if we are family by Mark and Kim. It is extremely rare in the consumer wold that you, as the consumer, feel as if your concerns are placed above the rest. In actuallity, I understand this is not the case, but the point is that we feel that it is, and this is what makes us confident in doing business with Gerber. Thanks again!

2 MONTHS AFTER THEY FIXED MY TRUCK I NOTICED THAT ONE OF THE DOOR HINGE PINS ON THE REAR DRIVERSIDE DOOR WAS BAD, SO I CALL MARK AT GERBER AND HE SAID NO PROBLEM WILL TAKE OF IT. MY TRUCK WAS DONE THE SAME DAY IN JUST A FEW HOURS AND WHEN I GOT MY TRUCK BACK IT WAS VERY CLEAN IN AND OUT THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO DETAIL MY TRUCK. THANKS!!!!!

Rich Piegza reviewed damage to a neighbor's car, which my 16 year old daughter had caused. After reviewing the damage, he noticed that it was repairable by just simply buffing the scratches out. He could have taken serious money from us, maybe even make it turn into an insurance claim, but instead he fixed it FOR FREE and made a bad situation become instantaneously postive!
