Gerber has been an amazing place to do business with. Mark Wadzinski at the South Elgin location has been a constant in offering superior customer service and guidance. I feel that he has gone above and beyond the normal day to day expectation of any customer. My daughter and I have been to this location many times, and each time we walk in, we are greeted as if we are family by Mark and Kim. It is extremely rare in the consumer wold that you, as the consumer, feel as if your concerns are placed above the rest. In actuallity, I understand this is not the case, but the point is that we feel that it is, and this is what makes us confident in doing business with Gerber. Thanks again!

2 MONTHS AFTER THEY FIXED MY TRUCK I NOTICED THAT ONE OF THE DOOR HINGE PINS ON THE REAR DRIVERSIDE DOOR WAS BAD, SO I CALL MARK AT GERBER AND HE SAID NO PROBLEM WILL TAKE OF IT. MY TRUCK WAS DONE THE SAME DAY IN JUST A FEW HOURS AND WHEN I GOT MY TRUCK BACK IT WAS VERY CLEAN IN AND OUT THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO DETAIL MY TRUCK. THANKS!!!!!

quick and positive update: the scratched car was taken over to Gerber, South Elgin – Rich Piegza reviewed the damages, on the spot, he buffed the damages out, didn’t charge a dime for it. case closed....

Rich Piegza reviewed damage to a neighbor's car, which my 16 year old daughter had caused. After reviewing the damage, he noticed that it was repairable by just simply buffing the scratches out. He could have taken serious money from us, maybe even make it turn into an insurance claim, but instead he fixed it FOR FREE and made a bad situation become instantaneously postive!

Mark Wadzinski at the South Elgin, Illinois location provided above and beyond customer service. It has been about a year since I brought my auto in for repairs, and I was just recently having issues with the door and fender. Mark took great care of me and returned the car like new. My car was not only fixed but also vacuumed, painted, washed - the works. I really appreciate everything that he did, as I did not expect much at all (besides the door and fender repair). Thanks so much to Mark and all the workers at the South Elgin location. I would definitely refer a friend and/or family member to Gerber for any auto collision/glass repairs.
