I was recently in an accident with a co-worker which could have been an awkward situation; but Mark and Rich worked hard crunching numbers to give us both the best possible price for our repairs. Not only was the price right, but the service was amazing. When my husband and I took our car in for repairs, we were immediately greeted by friendly faces behind the counter. Mark & Rich both made sure our car was worked on immediately in an effort to minimize our rental car costs. The repairs were actually completed 24 hrs sooner than they originally estimated; and when I went to pick up my car on a bitter cold day, Rich warmed up my car for me while I completed the paperwork. Rich at the South Elgin, IL Gerber Collision provided outstanding customer service. The estimate he quoted me was upheld. The service was done in a timely manner. He called me with updates as they came up. I would definitely use Gerber again, should the need arise, which I truly hope it doesn't!

Had a bumper replaced and it was quick and the prize and service was awesome the estimator Rich Piegza was very professional and had great customer service if I ever need any work done I would definitely come to see him again without a doubt........

Not just the best experience with an auto body shop but the best service shop experience ever. My son got into a fender bender with one of his classmates at school. We decided to pay the damage out of pocket since our expectation was it would be under $1000. The damage total exceeded that amount and instead charging us per the estimate, they decided to drop it down to $1000. Just to be clear, they did not skimp out on the work because this all happened AFTER the work was done. THANKS SOUTH ELGIN GERBER!

I recently had my car repaired at the South Elgin, IL location on Sundown Road. The two people my wife and I dealt with, Amanda Szilage and Jennifer McCollum were very helpful and great to deal with. These days It is rare to receive this type of Customer Service. I will be bringing our other vehicle to Gerber again for some repairs from scratches and will recommend this location to others.
