everyone was very nice..Peter Callaway was exceptionally nice, and informative, because this damage was being paid for off insurance, and he gave us information about asking the insurance if it could be possibly covered under comprehensive claim because it was an act of God, not an intentional damage..much appreciated this extra on his part..thank you

They were attentive and quick with a estimate. They had everything ready for me when I arrived to drop off car. Car was ready when they said it would be, and they were very friendly when I picked it up.

Service from Gerber Collision & Glass was wonderful. I brought my car in on Monday and it was done Tuesday. The bumper looks like new. They also helped with the procedure in getting and returning a rental car which was greatly appreciated.

This is the second time that I have had to use Gerber, and I would recommend them to anyone. I feel that they go above and beyond. Making sure I have a rental car and that everything meets my expectations. Calling me and sending texts during the day to let me know what is going on with my car. The first time I toolk my car in for a bumper repair, they had buffed out an old scratch my son made with his bike. That blew me away. I never even brought that up to them. Thank you and keep up the good work.

cant say enough about how helpful everyone was had a few things i wanted to take care of on my car answered all my questions and took care of everything i needed quickly and the service was great its nice to know there are still places out there that still take pride in there work and do everything they can for there customers agin i would recomend the south elgin gerber to anyone in need any job big or small thanx guys car looks great ur the best :)

I wont to take the time out to let whom ever at Gerber Collision know that I personally ran into the best,most genually honest,nicest guy EVER in my lifetime.(and thats a pretty big statement) of customer service.At Gerber collision of south holland.His name is JOSE ROMO.I unfortunately had to bring my car in for service thinking my insurance would cover the damage.But they did not.I then was under the stress of trying to fiigure out what to do,To get the car fixed,or buy a new car.Gerber let me speak to JOSE.who was the one who look at the car with liberty Mutual.The said that the transfer case had a crack in it.To the tune of thousands of dollars.Jose talk to me,explained everthing liberty mutual founf out.I call him back SEVERAL time.He kept saying NO problem,I'll help you.What ever you need.Even when I thought I would consider ... read more

"I got several quotes from reputable collision providers for a minor ding on my brand new Toyota Matrix 2010. The Estimate was provided w/honesty, professionalism and superb customer service. It wasn't the lowest of the three estimates I secured, but the Service Representative informed me that there were discount coupons on the web site that would help offset the difference in price. However, AFter doing some research on my own and investigating that ONLY Gerber Collision provided such an outstanding warranty and over a 97% Customer Satisfaction rating, I was really in a difficult position up until when I suggested to Gerber that other "reputable" quotes were provided...one was from Car Star and the other a long time body collision place in my local area.
