I want to extend my high appreciation and thank you to Mr. Frank Rochelle, the Repair Process Manager, for being very professional, respectful and on top of the repair status all the time. The service was excellent. I didn't have to worry about anything. He coordinated with All State Insurance and Enterprise Rent A Car from the start of service until it's done. He called and updated me every few days about the repair status. He was very helpful and accommodating with questions and concerns I had. Thank you very much Mr. Rochelle.
