I would like to personally thank your great staff at Gerber and let you know what an incredible experience I had getting my BMW serviced on Wednesday, May 15, 2013. I have a 2002 BMW 330I convertible whose driver's side window would not lower. I talked with Jason Zander, who referred me to one of his shops at 2821 Capital Blvd in Raleigh, NC. When I arrived around 8:00, I was met by Cliff George, who greeted me with a great smile and said that Jason had already emailed him and he was prepared to diagnose and treat the problem. I left my car, and by midmorning Cliff called me to tell me that he had found the problem, that he would personally pick up the part and have it installed, and that he would have the care ready by that afternoon. How good is that! Sure enough, by 3:30, Cliff called me to say he had the window repaired, gave me the ... repair cost which was VERY reasonable, and told me that the car was ready to be picked up. Since I was at work, I asked Cliff if he could accept payment by phone and lock the keys in the car, and I would pick it up after work. He said that would be no problem at all, and he would get his office person to call me for billing instructions. A few minutes later, I received a call from a most charming female to get my charge card info. When I arrived at Gerber after work, the car was parked directly in front with all info and keys inside. All I had to do was sign a few forms, drop them in the drop-box, and drive away. In this day of lack of good service, no integrity, and price gouging, I would like you to know that I have had a fantastic experience at your service center, and I applaud your incredible staff for going beyond the call of duty to take care of my every request. Accolades to them and thanks to you for making it possible for them to give customers the highest possible service. I shall surely use Gerber for any and all of my collision and auto glass needs in the future. Please let Jason, Cliff, and staff know how much I appreciate their great service. I was 100% satisfied with both customer and repair service. The people at Gerber made me feel like I was the only customer there and my satisfaction was the top priority. They updated me regularly on the status of my repair and kept in constant contact so I would be up to date on the progress. My car looked brand new and I couldn't be happier. Gerber was amazing and I will be recommending their services every chance I get!

My experience with Gerber was exemplary! The quote I received was comprehensive and it was explained in terms I could easily understand. The work that was promised was delivered on time, and at a lower cost (based on which parts were received) than we first thought. The work itself was excellent and the car looks great. The people I worked with, Frank and Brittany, were also wonderful to deal with, on the phone and in person. You never want to have to be in this situation, but if it happens again to my family or friends, I'll know who to send them to. Thanks!

Mr. Frank Rochelle was very kind, attentive and informative to helping me having my auto repaired. Once I called him to set up a date to bring my 2004 Honda Accord in, he waisted no time in getting the part and having it fixed within 24 hours. I did not have to lease another auto. When I went to pick up my car, he explained to me about taking care of my auto from 30 days until the next 90 days. Once entering my auto, It was a nice surprise to see that my dash board had been cleaned (there has been pollen in the air), and the driver side of the floor had been vacuumed. Thank you, I am very satisfied with Gerber Collision, and I also recommended them to my friend, who backed in to my auto, Ms. Robbie Quick. The insurance really really sucked and the fact that Gerber managed to get anything out of them amazed me. Dealt with Frank Rochelle was was amazing. he kept me informed, he was calm and very patient. I was very exasperated with the insurer but Frank calmy worked through it. Brittinay at reception also an asset to organization.
