Great experience yesterday. I had some minor damage - paint from a friend's mailbox on the car, and went in for an estimate. The inspector said this is no problem; he got some rubbing compound and some cleanup solvent, and in five minutes the paint was gone. That's all we really needed, and he was honest enough to say so. We'll go back the next time we have damage that needs work.

The insurance company is not my insurance company but that of the at fault driver. I was happy however with the service I received from Gerber. Mike was very helpful and fit me in at a time that was convenient for me. They were also helpful in setting up my rental car. The car was also fixed to my satisfaction.

While no one wants to have a vehicle repaired due to collision (with a deer), this experience was not unpleasant. We did not have a rental car and were only without our vehicle 24 hours +/-. The employees were pleasant and efficient. We have another vehicle that has some body damage that needs addressed. Based on this experience, we will be bringing the second vehicle in for work to this particular Gerber Collision location. Thank you.

Despite the fact that my insurance company is not a common, household name variety, the person (Dave) that provided my estimate clearly had familiarity with them. He provided me a detailed, accurate, and complete estimate, and provided a full explanation. I was advised that the work would likely take 3-5 days; I scheduled the work to be done during a period in which I could reasonably be without my vehicle for 6-7 days (historically, I can't recall work at other collision shops ever being done on time). Imagine my astonishment when I get a call from reception (Lisa) that they have completed my repairs, in 2.5 days, and my car looks new again. Though I hope I never need their services again, I know where to go if that need arises. Thanks Gerber

Wonderful...wonderful service...5 stars isn't enough. I took my car in the day before my appointment so they could do the repair early the next morning, and holy tamole....called me that same day the car was done.........and.......at a lower cost than the estimate. I will definitely be giving this company the highest recommendation to any one I know who needs their services. KUDOS!!!!!
