My 2016 Chevy Cruze had been vandalized(keyed). When I arrived at Gerber-Austintown Ohio, was met by By Kevin D, who gave his recommendations about repairs and set everything up to begin the job, including tying in with my insurance provider and car rental company. He called me back when he said he would and took care of the whole process. Upon completion, I received both calls and texts informing that car was finished and ready for pick up, right on schedule. The repair job looked FANTASTIC and came in at Allstate's estimate. Kevin and the ladies up front made the entire process smooth and carefree.
