Wonderful...wonderful service...5 stars isn't enough. I took my car in the day before my appointment so they could do the repair early the next morning, and holy tamole....called me that same day the car was done.........and.......at a lower cost than the estimate. I will definitely be giving this company the highest recommendation to any one I know who needs their services. KUDOS!!!!!

They helped get my car fixed asap and it looks great they even helped with the insurance company of the lady who hit me to get the case to be closed so they could fix my car after the lady who hit me would not respond.

Gerber Collision and Glass in Maineville/Landen is top-notch! From the estimate appointment all the way through completion and pick-up, Tim and the staff at the Landen location took care of us above and beyond or expectations! Not only was the work scheduled and done in a timely manner, I was kept aware of the progress along the way with Gerber's online system via email. On top of that, the day I jot the call that was truck was ready for pick-up, I had scheduling issues that didn't allow me to make it in. The amazing staff at Gerber told me that it was no problem, but there was an impending storm projected over the night to include some serious hail potential... they then told me not to worry, that they be pulling in any and all cars/trucks on the lot as to protect them from possible damage! I had the experience to work with Drew. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and he was on time and provided a few options for repair. The vehicle is a 1999 and he cautioned me that parts availablity may be a concern. Upon the repair process, he updated me on a potential snag. The dealerships that indicated that they had parts were unable to locate them. Drew called and explained. He also offered for me to look at other options. Gerber was unable to repair my vehicle. I was disappointed yet pleased with the service. I was refunded my deposit and was treated well by the associates at Gerber's.

In Nov. 2016 my Car was promised back to me in 3 wks. I got it back, looking good, in about 12 days! The front desk & staff treated me very kindly & politely. They offered to pick me up to get my car. On Mar. 31, 2017, I noticed a seam looked out of place . Without a moment's hesitation they told me to bring the car in & they'd line it up . They took it in April 4th, eager to please. I picked the car up. It looks great & they even replaced my rear tail light. Quality, polite service with a smile. I LIKE IT!
