The staff at Gerber Collision are professionals from the receptionist to the estimators. Everyone there was so helpful. Our estimator Ben explained everything and the work was completed on time and our 2017 Subaru looked like new.

When I first met John B. I told him and we also looked at the damage on my 1999 Chevy Astro van which is in very good condition. I told him some prices I got from a couple other repair places, and asked if he could give me a price on me paying out of pocket on repairs needed. He never asked how much the other shops were asking for repairs. When he came to give me a price, he stated he could put on a new left fender and probably same me in repairs. Compared to the other shops, it was a good savings for me! My wife broke her wrist so she could not drive me to the shop, John got me a ride home when I took it to get fixed. John updated me at least three times on the progress of the van, picked me up when the van was completed, and at present time was satisfied with repairs. I was happy to learn of the guarantee.

Great people. Very honest. The part repaired seems a little loose so they said to bring it back for a check. We'd use them again because of how honest they are.
