Gerber promised a one day repair, and did exactly that, even with having to order a couple of additional parts. Not only did they do an excellent job on the repair, when I picked up my car, I was surprised to find they had gone so far as to detail it...inside and out!! The staff at the Dublin Rd location are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend them, and use their services again if I ever need to do so.

I am SO impressed by the service I received at this location. From the moment I brought my car in to the time I got it back, they were awesome. I dropped it off, and they coordinated with the car rental company as well as the car insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of. They were supposed to have my car for about a week, but got quite a bit of work done in just a day. AND when they called me to tell me my car was ready they drove it up to my place of work, and took back my rental car. They made sure I was never inconvenienced whatsoever, and everyone I interacted with was so nice! Will definitely go back again if I ever need something fixed. Thank you!

I found that service was friendly, fair and very easy to work with. It was hands down with best estimate for the repairs. They even sought ways to save me money! (Who does that?) I was notified the day BEFORE that my car would be ready in a day. Then they called the day of completion with a pick up time. I loved working with these guys and will always do business with them! These guys believe in Customer Service!!!

Gerber was fantastic. They updated me at least twice a week via email and voice mail. They handled taking my car back to the location it started at, which was more convenient to me (taken to a different location so it could be done faster). Every single person was nice, patient and complete customer service focused. Took their time, did not talk down to me, went out their way to inform, help, etc.
