Very organized and friendly staff. I really appreciated the phone calls updating me on the progress of work. The area where the repairs were done looks great! I only wish that my entire vehicle had been washed and not just the area where the repairs were made.

I would like to thank Jay and Amanda at the Mayfield hts Oh location for their assistance with getting my car serviced in a timely manner. They accommodated me to ensure I had my car back before a certain time and alleviated the need for me to secure a rental car. It was a very easy process and they were willing to work with me and my schedule.

I cannot thank Gerber enough for the repair work they did last week on my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was amazed how fast they completed all the repairs. They kept me informed along the way and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. Jessica was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I picked up my car on Saturday morning. The man working at the counter either was new or doesn't normally work that position. He too was very friendly and even though he had trouble running my card, called whoever necessary to help him take care of it quickly so I could be on my way to the Buckeye game. My car looks brand new and I am very happy with it. Gerber even waxed the tires! Thank you to all the staff at Gerber.

The entire process was very smooth. All Gerber employees were very polite and the communication through the process was very good, I believe I received updated almost daily. The repair was very well done and the car wash they provided was fantastic, I don't think my Ram has ever looked that shiny! My only negative feedback would be that a cigarette butt and some trash was left in the bed of my truck, not a big deal, but so many Gerber employees did a great job providing an excellent customer experience to only have it slightly tainted due to one employees desire to not care as much as everyone else. I hope I don't need any auto body repair anytime soon, but if I do Gerber will be my first stop.

What an awesome experience! From beginning to end GEICO and Gerber kept us informed, performed above and beyond all expectations, completed the job early so we could leave for vacation on schedule. We can honestly say that we would recommend these folks to any of our friends! The staff at Gerber was very courteous, honest and on point! Same can be said for the entire GEICO experience. Could not rate this experience high enough... 10 stars out of 5!!!
