Bill was such a great help, he kept in contact with me through the entire process. I needed my car back at a certain time and he delivered that. Whenever I called to check up on my car he was never irritated or sounded as if I was wasting his time. He always kept a friendly pleasant voice when approaching any question that was thrown to him by myself. I never not felt uncomfortable leaving my car there because his reassurance definitely made me feel safe. He was the best in all aspects and I do believe he has done his job and beyond in satisfying me as the customer. I will refer others to your company at this particular site because the staff there is great. Again Bill was great beyond words!

The customer care from the girls at the front desk to the estimator (Bill) was outstanding. I was frustrated with my insurance company and they helped me to make sure that everything was taken care of and assured me that they would handle all aspects of the process for me. Gerber Collision & Glass staff was the most professional group of individuals that this company could ever have and appreciate in this lifetime. While it was like you was dealing with your own family members. It's great that your staff is so loving and caring toward the customers. The estimator (Ken C.) did an awesome job with explaining the damages on my car and how your technician from your company would fix the damages and when the car would be finish.
