The absolute BEST customer service. William G., my estimator, walked me thru the whole process. He explained everything in detail and delivered on the promise to take excellent care of my car. He is a total asset to Gerber. I was told three days for my repairs and was delighted when I was driving out of the lot 33 hours later with excellent repair work completed. And Bill was there to shake my hand and thanked me for trusting Gerber with my repairs. Customer service rep was very helpful in all aspects including my rental process with Enterprise from setting it up to handling the return. Bill the adjuster was superb! From the start, Bill G. was pleasant, customer oriented and truly seemed interested in making my collision repair as smooth as possible. The repair was completed a couple of days ahead of schedule and Gerber offered a free rental while our Camry was being repaired. When we picked up our car Bill , personally, also used some rubbing compound to remove a couple of scratches on an area that was not related . to the repair.. Overall I don't think the "experience" could have been any better.!! Great Job, Gerber and a special THANK YOU to Bill G. We will be recommending Gerber and Bill to our family and friends.

Bill was such a great help, he kept in contact with me through the entire process. I needed my car back at a certain time and he delivered that. Whenever I called to check up on my car he was never irritated or sounded as if I was wasting his time. He always kept a friendly pleasant voice when approaching any question that was thrown to him by myself. I never not felt uncomfortable leaving my car there because his reassurance definitely made me feel safe. He was the best in all aspects and I do believe he has done his job and beyond in satisfying me as the customer. I will refer others to your company at this particular site because the staff there is great. Again Bill was great beyond words!
