The staff was excellent. I was offered coffee while I waited. I really enjoyed the benefit of the tables and outlets so that I could work as I waited. The service was prompt and very efficient. I felt like a queen the way they catered to my needs. I really want to mention Gus as he was the first face that I saw when I walked in. Also Pat and Frank worked on my car as a team to get the job done extra quickly. And last, Bobby as he directed everyone as to what would be the best for the client and the business. It was a great experience............but I hope I don't have to go back!!! lol But I would if I needed service of this type again and I have already recommended others to go see these guys.

I was hesitant at first since it had changed from True To Form. I had work done there before and ws completely satisfied. However, Rashey Hill and the gang there did excelent work and were very customer oriented. It's difficult enough going through an ordeal such and an accident. They were as true to the customer as my insurance company, GEICO, has been for the past 30 years. I wish Gerber the same success and expect it if this type of service continues. The staff at Gerber Collision were extremely helpful. My car was vandalized and needed approximately $2000 worth of repairs. The staff took care of setting up a rental car for me, handled talking to my insurance company to approve repairs, and were able to fix the damage quickly. You cannot tell that any damage occurred. They even vacuumed and cleaned out my car. If I ever need repairs again I will definitely return to the Concord, NC Gerber Collision. I will definitely be recommending them to friends as well! They are fantastic!

When I brought my car into Gerber I was pretty much missing the right side of my car and had stuff hanging everywhere. When I picked my car up you could not even tell anything happened. I was very pleased with how it turned out and they even washed it for me. Mrs. April and Mrs. Tanya had excellent customer service and kept me updated. I was also pleased with how fast the repair guys were able to get it done. Thank you

Outstanding service. They gave me a fair estimate, showed me some damage that was hidden, did everything they could to save me money. I was very impressed with their communications. The repairs were completed on time. Car was detailed, vaccumed. To top it off everyone was very friendly. Their workshop, public areas, were spotless. Very Impressed. Will use them again if I have future damage. Thank you very much.
