Hi! I want to say thank you for the excellent service I received from your collision repair center. From the time I arrived to get an estimate, to the time I received my car fixed, your staff was very professional and prompt. It was interesting how I called one day to get an estimate, and because it was suggested that I talk to Cliff I did. Cliff was so helpful from the start. He immediately scheduled a time for me to stop by the shop. I arrived a bit early to my meeting, and even so he stopped what he was doing to provide me with the estimate that I needed. I brought the car to get it repaired and not only the staff did an excellent job, but also fixed the car earlier than it was promised! This is excellent customer service. Your dedicated commitment to delivering the highest standard of customer service and collision repair services is unmatched! I can well understand why BOTH my insurance company and the insurance company of the driver who collided with me use your company to do vehicle repairs. You have got to be the best repair facility in the Charlotte area - bar none. Tawnya: Thank you for your informative weekly calls during almost 6 weeks of shop repairs! You greatly reassured me. I always knew the current status and what to expect. I was grateful to be treated so professionally - as if I were very much a part of the repair process! Simply put... excellent customer service!!! I want to particularly ... thank you for arranging my transportation on the morning I flew into Charlotte (from the airport to your facility) so that I could most conveniently pick-up my repaired car! Kevin: Thank you too for being the one to meet me at the airport immediately on my arrival! I had never met you before, but almost at first sight, I knew that I was in good hands. This was our second time using Gerber Collision. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the repairmen were always very helpful and considerate. Our vehicle looks brand new after having over $4,000 in damage. I even took my niece by so they could take a look at some scratches on her parents' vehicle before she had to go show it to Mom and Dad. They buffed it out and told her exactly how to take care of the paint on her own. She was thrilled and grateful. I have heard other wonderful stories about these folks and I will continue to tell anyone and everyone about them as well.

They did a WONDERFUL job!!! They were speedy, efficient, and kept me in the loop the entire time. I really appreciated Katie calling me every couple of days to update me on the progress of the repair bc I needed my car back as soon as possible and they respected that. The turn around between the accident and repair was less than a week. Keep up the great work!
