My experience with Gerber was exemplary! The quote I received was comprehensive and it was explained in terms I could easily understand. The work that was promised was delivered on time, and at a lower cost (based on which parts were received) than we first thought. The work itself was excellent and the car looks great. The people I worked with, Frank and Brittany, were also wonderful to deal with, on the phone and in person. You never want to have to be in this situation, but if it happens again to my family or friends, I'll know who to send them to. Thanks!

I was extremely pleased with my service at Gerber. I'm new to the state, and so had NO idea of where to take my minivan when I was in need of collision repair. When my insurance company recommended Gerber, I was skeptical (not knowing where it was, whether it was a hole-in-the wall, etc). But I went with it anyway (convenient to be able to schedule the appointment right away through the insurance call). And I was really pleased when I went to pick up my better-than-before vehicle on Friday. The interior detailing was a nice touch. Although I was upset about getting into an accident and having to have car repair work done at all, it was a special treat to be taken care of so well and come back to my fresh and clean car. If I know of someone who may need collision repair work done, I will have no reservations about recommending Gerber to ... them. Additionally, if (heaven forbid) I need future repair work done, I would immediately call Gerber! Thanks, guys! read more

Micheal My service provider was polite, prepared,personable, intelligent, flexible, funny, happy and generally a great person. The work was done on time and looked great. Mr. Frank Rochelle was very kind, attentive and informative to helping me having my auto repaired. Once I called him to set up a date to bring my 2004 Honda Accord in, he waisted no time in getting the part and having it fixed within 24 hours. I did not have to lease another auto. When I went to pick up my car, he explained to me about taking care of my auto from 30 days until the next 90 days. Once entering my auto, It was a nice surprise to see that my dash board had been cleaned (there has been pollen in the air), and the driver side of the floor had been vacuumed. Thank you, I am very satisfied with Gerber Collision, and I also recommended them to my friend, who backed in to my auto, Ms. Robbie Quick. Her insurance company sent the check and the damaged was paid for within 10 days. And she will probably have her bumper also painted at ... Gerber. read more

I chose to have the tailgate of our minivan repainted because the paint was peeling off. Your staff were very friendly and professional. I had a few minor bumps and bruises from my wife and kids not being as careful as needed around the new car. I had thought I may have gone to the wrong place....at first. Because of a customer who rode along with me to the rental car site, complaining about this company and the services they provided. But, when I saw my car 3 days later, it looked brand new. Turns out one bad apple can make a mountain out of a mole-hill. I cannot even tell the work had been done on my car, It looked perfect. Best of all the work is guaranteed for life, so I don't ever have to worry again if this will come back as a rust stop in the future

I will definetly recomend your Co. to any one needing either Collision Repair or glass service. I wanted you to know how pleased I was with the service I got at the Clayton repair, Bobby Clifton was sp good to me and keeping me informed what was going on and had done an excellent job in a timely manner. Very professional andhis team was awesome. I would go back to this store and highley recommend it to everyone I know. Bobby called and let me know what was going on and kept me posted about eveything and even called the rental car to get me set up to rent a car. It was so easy. Thank you for having people like that working for you it really made my life easy with this. Thank you Bobby and your crew for what they did for me.

My car was vandalized using egg and latex paint. This company took my car in the garage, pressure washed off the material and put a coat of wax on the car. I was very impressed at the professionalism and attention to detail that was provided. A class A business. I would recommend them for any body repair or damage to your automobile
