Allison - my husband and I would personally like to thank you for the excellent service we recently received at Gerber. We brought our Nisson Murano for body work and again was so impressed with the entire experience. The professionalism, courtesy, on-going follow-up calls and expert workmanship was above and beyond. Your friendly phone calls, front desk greetings and total awareness of the entire process was so refreshing. You seem to be so aware of how busy your customers' lives can be -- especially without a car! This is our second experience with Gerber and have never been disappointed. We will certainly recommend you to all our friends. We never want to have bodywork done on our cars but unfortunately we know that accidents do happen! To know that we have Gerber Collision and Glass available to us is certainly comforting at the time ... of need. Thank you for your excellent partnership with USAA. The tight communication between you and USAA is obvious. There was not one question that wasn't answered. I was so happy with the repair and the time it took them to fix my Jetta! It was a week less than they had quoted me and I was so happy to get my car back to me I was like a kid in a candy store! My car looked like it had just come off the show room floor, looking much better than even before the accident! I loved how I got up dates of how my car was doing via my cell phone text message. Everyone there were VERY professional and kind. They understood my concerns and fixed any problems that I may have had promptly. I really can't say enough about how this company and the people that are running it. I will difinitely go back if another accident should occur and I will highly recommend this company to any of my friends! Congrats to Michael Gaskin and Leslie Jones as well as the whole team at Gerber Collision!

I have never experienced first hand such great customer service than the service I received from Gerber Collision. Mike Gaskin is a great asset to your company. Mr Gaskin was very professional and courteous in getting our Mazda 6 repaired in a timely fashion. Mr. Gaskin made me feel like he actually cared about getting our car back on the road. Mr. Gaskin made me feel like we were old friends and a valued customer even though it was my first time at Gerber Collision. Mr. Gaskin and the entire staff made our day and saved us a lot of hassle. I am already getting compliments from fellow co-workers at UNCG. I will definitely use Gerber Collision again in case of another accident. Thank you Mike and thank you hard working staff.
