My services at Gerber went beyond my expectations. My Insurance Company had suggested them, and thankfully I took their advice. From the office staff and all the employees involved, everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. I was very happy with the work done on my Prius, following an accident, and would recommend Gerber to anyone needing this type service .

Service was excellent as always. Marcy Finch kept us informed either with a phone call or pictures of our vehicle while the repairs were being done. The work was completed in the time frame she said and the work was very good. Could not ask for a better experience and would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

I dealt with Mr Schoolcraft when he was the owner of Turn 2 collision and was very pleased with his service. I have to be honest and say when I found out that Gerber collision took over Turn two I had second thoughts about what level of service I would encounter. I felt better about it when I learned that Mr Schoolcraft was still running the operation and had Gerber fix my truck. I am happy to tell you that although the name has changed the high quality of workmanship and friendly service has remained at the high level that I have come to expect. Beth handled all the paperwork with my wife and I. Gerber did a great job of KEEPING US INFORMED throughout the two weeks they had our Jeep. We even received periodic Text Msgs which we thought were a great Customer Service standpoint. Overall they were wonderful and I will highly recommend them to anyone in Clayton, NC or elsewhere. Thanks Gerber we are very satisfied with the work provided, the friendliness, professionalism and the Customer Service was right on target....GREAT JOB!!!!

The staff was very friendly and the service was prompt. My vehicle was in the shop for glass repair and other minor things, due to vandalism. So as you can imagine I was really upset, but Beth called me with status updates and really put my mind at ease. Gus went above and beyond with customer service also. I would recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone needing glass or collision repair. Thank you guys so much!

I had a minor fender bender in a parking lot and came in for an estimate (I've used this facility several times in the past with great satisfaction). Phil Derosa came out ot look and said this was no big issue. H had a tech take a look and with a quick repair it was good as new. Phil's responsiveness was outstanding and just wanted to recognize it. I will come back again (even though I hope I don't need to).

Took my daughters Hyundai Sante Fe in, driver side window came off track, and would not roll up. Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Did the repair fast and efficient, even washed and vaccumed her car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service.
