The service was beyond anything I have ever experienced from a body shop. The service people were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt good about leaving my car in their care. I received updated via text during the entire time my car was being repaired. Best of all, the process didn't take long at all. Once it was complete, they sent me a notification and I was in/out before I knew it. I hope I do not have to have any car repairs done soon, but if I do. I will be bringing my car to Gerber. One Very pleased customer.

They were professional and courteous even when I was beside myself and not the most pleasant person when I first came in. They were well informed, patient, timely and kept me updated on the progress of my repairs regularly throughout the whole process. I felt completely in capable and caring hands. Outstanding service - Allison in particular was kind, helpful, courteous, & professional. She took care of EVERYTHING, I barely had to do a thing other than bring the car in & let them take it from there. The work was delivered ahead of schedule, the repairs looked terrific, and they even detailed the entire car for me! Price was very reasonable as well. We needed some work done to my wife's car, have been putting it off but I'm scheduling it with Gerber because of the excellent all-around service we've received. HIGHLY recommended.

While going through the process of getting my vehicle repaired, The staff of Gerber Collision & Glass was spectacular in assisting me to the best of their abilities. Personally, I believe that an employee by the name of Phil DeRosa was the most helpful out of all. He spent numerous minutes of his busy day talking on the phone with my mother to help resolve our claim. He was the kindest individuals i have met through the auto repair industry and he deserves to acknowledged. Whether that is some kind of accolade or a raise i believe that he deserves it due to his willingness to go out of his way to please others. I can say that i will be returning to Gerber Collision & Glass due to the great atmosphere and great employees like Phil.

The insurance really really sucked and the fact that Gerber managed to get anything out of them amazed me. Dealt with Frank Rochelle was was amazing. he kept me informed, he was calm and very patient. I was very exasperated with the insurer but Frank calmy worked through it. Brittinay at reception also an asset to organization.

What a great expierence, they actually delivered my car back to my house for me. Bobby made everything so easy for me. I had planned on taking my car elsewhere for repairs but after Bobby gave me a tour of the shop and treated me so professionally I knew I was going to have Gerber repair my car.
