Collision repairs were done perfectly.on my 2005 Lexus 430. It was returned to much improved from it's pre-wreck condition. It was spotlessly clean inside and out.

The management and staff made me feel at ease during the time I needed to spend with them. I had no idea what to do and they walked me through, step by step, with a smile and made me feel like it was ok to be there. They were courteous and very helpful as well as getting my car back to me as quickly as possible. They are good people!!!

Everything went very well. There were two jobs involved: insurance-paid body work for a fender bender, and a personal project to fix the peeling paint on my minivan. Both jobs were completed on time, and the paint job came in under the estimate. The daily update calls were appreciated (although a text message or email would work fine, too). This was my first visit to your shop, and would certainly go there again and would recommend to others.

I called my insurance company to report the claim and tell them I was going to take it to Gerber, where I knew some the employees, they replied with that is where we would like you to take it as well.
