Don Nichols at the Holly Springs, NC location was wonderful to work with from initial estimate to pick up. I felt that the cost of the work done was very reasonable. Also, the repair was done quickly and professionally and I was pleased with the final results. A rock hit the hood of my car and left a nasty dent. My insurance company referred me to Gerber. I was very impressed with the estimate process conducted by Brent Watson. There was a very convenient night drop off box. The office called or texted me each day to tell me the status of the repair. After the repair you can't even tell there was a dent in the hood. Brent Watson was there again to go over the repair process when I picked up my care. Very impressive customer service from beginning to end. I highly recommend Gerber to others who need collision repair.

I was in a wreck and i had alot of front end damage my insurance company told me about you guys. So i decided to bring my truck to guys and i was very well pleased with the work. It was done fast and right and i was very pleased with the paint job. You cant even tell the truck was in a wreck. Iam very satisfied with you guys and will recommend you guys to anybody. My estimator was Elizabeth Parker and she was very helpfull and kept me updated on my truck frequently which was very nice.

Everyone was fantastic! Phil gave me a thorough overview of what repairs would be needed, walked me through the estimate process, and kept me updated via phone calls as to the status of the repair. I also received text messages updating me on the day my car would be ready, and it was done a few days early! I arrived to pick it up a few minutes after the shop was supposed to close on a Friday afternoon, and everyone was so pleasant and helpful with letting me inspect the repairs, ask questions, reminding me about the guarantee of the work, and sending me on my way! They even took care of returning the rental car for me so I didn't have anything else to worry about. It was a great experience!
