I was so happy with the repair and the time it took them to fix my Jetta! It was a week less than they had quoted me and I was so happy to get my car back to me I was like a kid in a candy store! My car looked like it had just come off the show room floor, looking much better than even before the accident! I loved how I got up dates of how my car was doing via my cell phone text message. Everyone there were VERY professional and kind. They understood my concerns and fixed any problems that I may have had promptly. I really can't say enough about how this company and the people that are running it. I will difinitely go back if another accident should occur and I will highly recommend this company to any of my friends! Congrats to Michael Gaskin and Leslie Jones as well as the whole team at Gerber Collision!

I have never experienced first hand such great customer service than the service I received from Gerber Collision. Mike Gaskin is a great asset to your company. Mr Gaskin was very professional and courteous in getting our Mazda 6 repaired in a timely fashion. Mr. Gaskin made me feel like he actually cared about getting our car back on the road. Mr. Gaskin made me feel like we were old friends and a valued customer even though it was my first time at Gerber Collision. Mr. Gaskin and the entire staff made our day and saved us a lot of hassle. I am already getting compliments from fellow co-workers at UNCG. I will definitely use Gerber Collision again in case of another accident. Thank you Mike and thank you hard working staff. "If you can have a good experience after an accident, I did. Gerber did a great job fixing the damage to my van and working with me to only fix what needed to be done -- the vehicle is 9 years old with close to 150,000 miles and making it look "brand new" was not something I was willing to pay for. There were some necessary repairs that had to occur so that the new glass could be installed correctly and the quality of those repairs exceeded my expectations I had a big soft dent in the lift gate and now from 10+ feet away it doesn't even look damaged. I very much appreciate that Gerber was willing to do a "partial" repair to get me back on the road quickly. This saved me $900! I would HIGHLY recommend this Gerber location to anyone who needs collision or glass repair."

I would like to personally thank your great staff at Gerber and let you know what an incredible experience I had getting my BMW serviced on Wednesday, May 15, 2013. I have a 2002 BMW 330I convertible whose driver's side window would not lower. I talked with Jason Zander, who referred me to one of his shops at 2821 Capital Blvd in Raleigh, NC. When I arrived around 8:00, I was met by Cliff George, who greeted me with a great smile and said that Jason had already emailed him and he was prepared to diagnose and treat the problem. I left my car, and by midmorning Cliff called me to tell me that he had found the problem, that he would personally pick up the part and have it installed, and that he would have the care ready by that afternoon. How good is that! Sure enough, by 3:30, Cliff called me to say he had the window repaired, gave me the ... repair cost which was VERY reasonable, and told me that the car was ready to be picked up. Since I was at work, I asked Cliff if he could accept payment by phone and lock the keys in the car, and I would pick it up after work. He said that would be no problem at all, and he would get his office person to call me for billing instructions. A few minutes later, I received a call from a most charming female to get my charge card info. When I arrived at Gerber after work, the car was parked directly in front with all info and keys inside. All I had to do was sign a few forms, drop them in the drop-box, and drive away. In this day of lack of good service, no integrity, and price gouging, I would like you to know that I have had a fantastic experience at your service center, and I applaud your incredible staff for going beyond the call of duty to take care of my every request. Accolades to them and thanks to you for making it possible for them to give customers the highest possible service. I shall surely use Gerber for any and all of my collision and auto glass needs in the future. Please let Jason, Cliff, and staff know how much I appreciate their great service.
