Beth handled all the paperwork with my wife and I. Gerber did a great job of KEEPING US INFORMED throughout the two weeks they had our Jeep. We even received periodic Text Msgs which we thought were a great Customer Service standpoint. Overall they were wonderful and I will highly recommend them to anyone in Clayton, NC or elsewhere. Thanks Gerber we are very satisfied with the work provided, the friendliness, professionalism and the Customer Service was right on target....GREAT JOB!!!!

The staff was very friendly and the service was prompt. My vehicle was in the shop for glass repair and other minor things, due to vandalism. So as you can imagine I was really upset, but Beth called me with status updates and really put my mind at ease. Gus went above and beyond with customer service also. I would recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone needing glass or collision repair. Thank you guys so much!

I had a minor fender bender in a parking lot and came in for an estimate (I've used this facility several times in the past with great satisfaction). Phil Derosa came out ot look and said this was no big issue. H had a tech take a look and with a quick repair it was good as new. Phil's responsiveness was outstanding and just wanted to recognize it. I will come back again (even though I hope I don't need to).

Took my daughters Hyundai Sante Fe in, driver side window came off track, and would not roll up. Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Did the repair fast and efficient, even washed and vaccumed her car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service.

We brought our Nisson Murano for body work and again was so impressed with the entire experience. The professionalism, courtesy, on-going follow-up calls and expert workmanship was above and beyond. Your friendly phone calls, front desk greetings and total awareness of the entire process was so refreshing. You seem to be so aware of how busy your customers' lives can be -- especially without a car! This is our second experience with Gerber and have never been disappointed. We will certainly recommend you to all our friends. We never want to have bodywork done on our cars but unfortunately we know that accidents do happen! To know that we have Gerber Collision and Glass available to us is certainly comforting at the time ... of need. Thank you for your excellent partnership with USAA. The tight communication between you and USAA is obvious. There was not one question that wasn't answered.
