I wanted to write an email to express how satisfied I was with Gerber collision in Huntersville. Unfortunately my wife filled out the survey and did not reflect appropriately what I thought of Gerber collision as I was the one who actually dealt with the claim in its entirety. I feel their customer service was excellent & their attention to detail was excellent. There was a minor hood issue after the initial repair but Ken was kind and accommodating with regards to the issue and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use Gerber in the future and I would also refer friends to Gerber without any reservation. Additionally USAA was also excellent in handling the claim. My gratitude goes out to both entities.

I just wanted to thank you personally Vanessa for working with me and for keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Gerber Collision was so helpful with answering all of my question and making me feel like I was VIP with their service. My car came back 100% better than I could have imagined and they even brought my rental car back which took a lot of stress off of me. So thank you for your service and I will refer anyone and everyone to your company for making my unfounate accident and very painless process.

I could not be happier with the quality of work and customer service that I received over the last 2 weeks from Gerber Collision and Glass. My car was hit in a parking lot on Fort Bragg, resulting in roughly $3000 dollars worth of damage to the trunk panel and rear of the car. During the repair process I was updated every 2-3 days on the progress of the car either by text or phone call, the damage was repaired ahead of schedule, and quite honestly the car looks better now than it did prior to the accident. I jokingly asked a few of my co-workers if they would hit the front end of my car with theirs just so I could take it into Gerber again. I will recommend this Gerber location to all of my family and friends in the future for collision and repair needs.

I must admit that I was a little nervous driving her the first time but I guess that's to be expected. The staff at Gerber did a good job and the lady that helped me when I got there was very nice and explained everything to me. She even took care of getting the rental back to Enterprise for me. I had a great experience with GG&C in January when they did repairs on my vehicle following an accident with a deer. I recently returned to get my broken side mirror fixed and was pleasantly surprised when they announced they would do the repairs free of charge as a courtesy. I will definitely keep this in mind when any work needs to be done in the future, and I can't recommend GG&C highly enough!
