We had a rear bumper painted that had some deep gauges in it.. We did not use our insurance to get the work done. The person who serviced us was Michael Gaskin. Upon walikng in to this shop I was happy, I knew were my business was going.MY car was hit in a parking lot ,the damanage was on the rt rear door it was hard for me to see soas I never enter on that side.My insurance company suggested Gerber,as well as 23 ohers,I visit all 4 but choose Gerber.Thechoice I made,I was very happy with.The estimator Jennifer Ward was very helpful,she explained to me what will happen the time and how to get a rental.My car was there for the time she said no longer but several hours less.And this was coming up on the 4th of July weekend.WOW.I dont hae t sit at home for the 4th norspend money on a rental.Thanks you guysgreat work, my car looks good.Jennifer Ward was good.I highly reccomend this shop

My experience with Gerber was top-notch. Sal Tinervia, my estimator, was thorough and professional, and Camille at the desk was friendly and responsive. They really went above and beyond, especially Sal. If there are rewards or awards for customer service, I highly recommend that he be considered. I'm very pleased with the work done, and I have already recommended Gerber to someone and will definitely continue to do so.
