What a wonderful company to deal with , if you happen to be in a situation of needing car repair Gerber Collision did a marvelous job on my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and professional. They not only repaired my vehicle they cleaned it inside and out. I was able to pick my vehicle the next day. They have a scoring of 1-10 I give them a 11. I hope I won't need to see them again !!!!!!!

I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service I received, beginning with the first phone call. And Phil was a pure joy to work with. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process pain-free. The work on my car was also top-notch. I have recommended Gerber to friends and I will definitely use them again if the need arises. You could tell that this was a well-run operation and that staff were trained in the smallest details of customer service.

Gerber collision took great care of me and my car! I took my car to them on a Thursday, they informed me it will be ready the following Thursday, but it was actually ready a day early!! I also had to get a break leak repaired due to the accident I was in and they repaired the other side for me as a bonus!!! And it didn't cost me anything :) I would recommend anyone to Gerber Collision...Ask for Allison or Ken

I had no idea what to do and they walked me through, step by step, with a smile and made me feel like it was ok to be there. Everything went very well. There were two jobs involved: insurance-paid body work for a fender bender, and a personal project to fix the peeling paint on my minivan. Both jobs were completed on time, and the paint job came in under the estimate. The daily update calls were appreciated (although a text message or email would work fine, too). This was my first visit to your shop, and would certainly go there again and would recommend to others.
