The service was excellent! The repairs look great. Most importantly the young man (Michael Graskin) who handled my incident kept me well informed and was very good with handling customers -- a really nice guy! The communication to customers is extremely important and Gerber handled it beyond my satisfaction!

I am so pleased with the service I received, Bob Frizele came out & introduced himself, and let me know he was there to help me & my poor CAR, that needed a new bumper. The women that worked at the desk were so thoughtful & nice to me, kept me in touch by phone how things were going & when to pick my car up. A when I saw my car, I was so happy with how it looked and so clean. I will for sure recommend Gerber is the place to go when your car needs repaired. Thank-you so much for your service.

I was really impressed at the extent this repair service location went to to make my 2013 Sierra look like it just came off the assembly line. My vehicle's color paint is a special blend so Gerber brought in an expert with a spectrometer to match up the color. And this was to repaint only one rear door on an extended cab. Fantastic work. I have effectively a new truck.

I was involved in a fender bender south of Charlotte. Police fixed bumper so I was able to drive to sons house. My insurance company suggested Gerber, I was a bit hesitant at first since I own a Prius and was cornered about their knowledge of hybrids. After much discussion I took my car there Monday 5/20/2013...my fears immediately went away when I saw many hybrid in this large and very well maintained business. Auto was finished Thursday, and looked great. Everyone at this business was friendly and helpful. I would be happy to answer any questions regarding this business and would definitely use them again.....if I had too....which I hope doesn't happen.

I had not met any of the support staff in Hickory so I made a stop there today to introduce myself. I have to give Kudos to the Customer Service Representative at that location. She should be the poster child for that position. I was 2 steps in the doorway and she was 25 feet from me at her desk working. Before I made my third step she greeted me, shook my hand, introduced herself, and asked how she could assist me today. I felt like she truly wanted my business whoever I was. There is no surprise why they remain one of the top performers in the market month after month. Now; can you lend her to me for about a month while I teach a few hundred more folks that level of engagement? A very good experience and I certainly appreciate all you do

There was an accident with my car on June 3rd.When asked by Nationwide who did I want to fix it,I was not sure.Then I decided to try Gerber in Garner.They all are just excellent people!I felt they cared from the time I had to bring my car in for the estimate.They all were very pleasant.Jay wasextra nice in explaning to me things he would do.My car was beautiful!!I am very pleased.I have already put the word out about Gerber!Thank the staff and everyone that was involved.I felt they all cared!!! Absolutely superb service and very impressive customer service representatives. Ms. Jennifer Ward, damage estimator, was my initial contact upon arriving at the service location. I must say she certainly exhibited the professionalism that makes a customer feel confident that the service will be done in a manner to meet their expectations. I was given very timely status updates of my vehicle during the entire duration of in shop. The customer service representatives I encountered are to be commended for the customer friendly environment they create. Hey, If I walk away very pleased with the service I got, I'll guarantee everyone else will. Thanks a million Jennifer and the rest of gang at Gerber. Recommend Gerber? certainly would and will.

Our experience with Gerber Collision has been our best experience that we've ever had. From day one they were professional and excellent at giving updates and just making us feel comfortable with the whole process. My wife wasn't able to get to the collision center so my wife was the one handling all the communication. Everyday she spoke very highly of how seamless the process was and how happy she was Gerber was fixing our vehicle. They even called us and told us that they were able to identify a small problem with the vehicle. They took care of it with no problem and that goes to show how thorough they are with their work. Once the vehicle was fixed we were trying to figure out how we were going to drop off our rental car. Gerber Collision and Glass coordinated with the rental car company and we were able to drop off the car at Gerber ... and they turned in our rental car for our convenience. Not to mention once my wife got in my car and was driving home she realized that the car had been washed and vacuumed, just to put the cherry on top. Allison was great and we enjoyed talking with her, she was so down to earth and very professional. Mike was also great if we had a question or request he provided whatever we needed without hesitation. Enclosing even though we had a situation that started bad with someone breaking into our car once it was dropped off at Gerber we couldn't have imagined that they would make the difference in making it a great one in the end. read more
