Everybody I worked with (yourself, Reese, Andy, Jessica, Keith) were most courteous and professional. And I am most pleased with the body work and paint; it’s great to have my Z back looking so good! Thanks again for honoring the estimate to fix the hood outside of insurance coverage. I will definitely recommend your services and staff to my friends!

At first I was nervous about taking my car to be repaired since it was not BMW. I went on line and read the reviews on the company and said ok I'll give them a try since the insurance company referred me. My repairs were due to someone backing into me at no fault of my own. I told my car to be inspected on Thursday morning when I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile which is rare by it being 7:30am as soon as they opened the doors most people are a little snappy being so early. John the tech walked with me outside took a look at my car and explained everything that needed to be done he also informed me that if he saw anything else that would need repairing he would call and inform me first. Once he completed the work order and went over everything again with me I was on my way the feeling I had not knowing the company went ... away I was comfortable leaving my car that they would do a great job. The following Monday John called to inform me of the progress as he said he would which made me even more assuring about the company. He stated he should have my car ready by that Friday if all goes well I said ok. That thursday morning I get a phone call to say my car is ready... I said oh wow ok I will be in to pick it up and it was now that's what I call service a day ahead of time. I pulled up to see my green BMW waiting on me looking good as new. One thing that concerned me was the color if they would be able to match since it's a slight odd and to my surprise it was perfect. I walked out with a big Happy smile on my face that I was back in business and my baby as I call her was good as new an you couldn't tell a thing. They went above and beyond by cleaning my headlight covers which they did not have to do now that's what I call great not good but great customer service. I would recommend Gerber to all my friends and if I ever need them again I will return. Thanks to the whole team at Gerber.... Job well done. A pleased customer. read more

John and the office staff in Garner provided excellent customer service:pleasant, helpful and polite. They completed the collision repair in a very timely and efficient manner. The facility itself was very clean and had a great mural on the inside wall that made the reception area welcoming to customers. Would give them the highest recommendation to anyone looking for collision repair.

Claude Davis was outstanding in explaining the details of the accident site and what actually took place after the work was done and the after care and warranty. The work performed on my vehicle looks exemplary. i would recommend Gerber without hesitation and give them a "10" overall.
