I am more than pleased with the collision repair Gerber completed on my car. They kept me updated regularly about the progress and pick up date of my car and when I got my car back it looked good as new! I would definitely recommend Gerber to my friends and family and would definitely go back if need be.

I want to extend my high appreciation and thank you to Mr. Frank Rochelle, the Repair Process Manager, for being very professional, respectful and on top of the repair status all the time. The service was excellent. I didn't have to worry about anything. He coordinated with All State Insurance and Enterprise Rent A Car from the start of service until it's done. Fortunately, I haven't had to handle collision repair very often in the past. However, now that I have had this experience with Gerber Collision, I will never go anywhere else. Their staff are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They not only meet your needs, they anticipate them and are proactive. They kept me informed the entire process and even provided options for returning my rental vehicle. Thanks for all your help and making this experience as convenient as possible.

Great customer service. Work was performed in the stated time even a littler earlier than inspected. Staff was very accommodating they called rental company to come pick me up when I delivered the car. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing their services.

I got in my first car accident and was recommended to Gerber Collision. I am so glad, they were absolutely nothing but helpful. I moved to NC from NY a few months ago and not knowing anyone in the area I was worried about how I would be able to commute back and forth from work while my car was being fixed. Gerber provided me a loaner car for up to 5 days free of charge while they were working on my car. When i went to pick up my car on the 5th day it was like it was brand new, they even cleaned out the inside for me! On top of it they were able to save me some money off of my deductible which was a huge help considering the guy that hit me gave me all false information. I am very happy at the end of all this and would highly recommend them to anyone!
