I had a wonderful experience at Gerber Collision & Glass in Concord NC. Although the circumstances were not ideal (nobody likes being in a car accident!) the staff at Gerber made the whole process so much easier. The main person I dealt with was Lisa, who was super sweet and very prompt at returning any calls/emails that I sent. The repairs were done FAST (one week earlier than expected!!) and the text messaging service that Gerber used to keep me updated was very convenient as well. My car looks perfect, just as it did pre-accident. I will ALWAYS use Gerber in the future, although hopefully I won't have another accident for a while :) Thanks to everyone at Gerber who made this whole process simple for me, y'all rock!!!

My car was initially towed to Durham-chapel Hill Rd. location (after I hit a deer) but they were too busy to do the work in a timely fashion. They asked my permission to tow the car to their Clayton location, where they could fix it. The car was taken off to to Clayton and was fixed quickly. Everyone at BOTH locations were very helpful and very kind. I couldn't have asked for better, more personal service. Thanks to all of you who fixed my poor Civic. It looks and rides great again. Repairs look very good. Stacy was very friendly and helpful. Repairs took a little too long as we went to pick up the first time all repairs had not been made and additional parts had to be ordered. We lost service of the car for 13 days and insurance only provided six days for loss of car. Even with that we were pleased with the repairs. The car really looks good.

The car was fixed perfectly. It did take a long time to get it back but I think there were good reasons for this. People in the office were friendly and good communicators. Fine place, cost was reasonable, and the car looks great.

Gerber collision is wonderful! Michael Gaskin truly helped me from start to finish. My car was rear ended and since it was a Saab 08 many of the parts needed were extremely difficult to find. Michael was in constant contact with me letting know the status of the parts we were looking for and did not give up until the car was fixed. Thanks Gerber for all you did to fix my car, it was truly above and beyond what I would have expected!

After my accident I was prepared to have my car fixed at a body shop that my family had used for many years. I went to Gerber Collision in Greensboro to get it estimated as my insurance provider had instructed me to. After the great service that I received from Michael Gaskin and Leslie Jones just for the estimate, I was convinced to have them do the repairs. They were very customer friendly and answer all my questions and really took the time to explain the process in detail. While my car was being fixed they updated me with pictures/phone calls to make sure that I was being satisfied with my service. I highly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs collison repair. I could not be as satisfied as I am with my car. Kudos to Michael and Leslie!!!
