I have no negative complaints rearding my experience and the service/services provided. I inspected my vehicle prior to entering the office and I was over whelmed. The materials, workmanship, and above all, didn't recognize my vehicle because when they picked it up, it was dirty, dirty, dirty. When I went to pick it up, besides the repairs, it was Clean! Not simply because of cleaning my vehicle after repairs, but, the customer courtesy (starting from the time that my vehicle was delivered to you - called by service mgr to provide me with status/update; friendly customer care/receptionist, professionalism, etc.). Job Well Done! (10+)

I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision! I just picked up my car and the bumper was repaired well beyond my expectations. They even went the extra mile and cleaned and vacuumed my car! WOW! ALL of the staff was incredibly friendly and personable. Fingers crossed that I never have another minor incident, but if I do I will definitely return to Gerber!

From the time I was first contacted by Gerber by phone, to the time I picked up my finished vehicle, the A++ customer service, friendly personalities and great attitudes of the staff were above and beyond my expectations. This is not common in any modern business, especially a nationwide business that has seen success. The usual trend is to slack off in customer service once the profits have been made, but not Gerber - I was treated with absolute and utmost respect, given tons of details about the vehicle restoration process and made to feel comfortable during the days when I didn't see my vehicle - they even called to give me an update of what was going on. Even as I sat in the waiting area on the first day I came in, I heard the employee Angela on the phone ordering the parts immediately over the phone. I could go on and on about how ... spectacular the customer service was at this location, by ALL employees, not just one. I especially noticed how they spoke to each other - it takes humility, and professionalism to speak to one another with respect as they did. Angela even offered to tape my busted tail light cover back on so that I wouldn't have any trouble with not having a tail light in the week before my vehicle was scheduled to be repaired. I had my bumper, tail light, and trunk lid replaced. My car looks just like it did when I bought it, and much cleaner than when I brought it in. A lot of businesses could WOW their customers like this if they would only adopt the customer service practices that this Gerber location obviously has. They went above and beyond my expectations, in all facets of their practice. It was actually kind of hard to say goodbye. These are the kind of people you would want in your personal life as friends, because you can trust them. Thank you Gerber!
