From the first time I walked in, they made me feel very comfortable. They service was very good and the people were very nice. A guy name Michael at the front desk was friendly, smiled, and made sure i was updated at every turn on the service of my car. I would definitely return if i ever need work on my car again. The repairs look very nice.

These guys were so awesome, I did a shout out to them on all of the social sites I'm a member of as well as a couple friends. I was in a car accident Tuesday 10.15.2013 where someone pulled out onto the main road in front of me. The front end of my dodge charger was damaged and needed to be replace. I called Gerber at 0730 (time the open) on Wednesday 10.16.2013 and they set me up to come in for an estimate that same morning and 0930. When I arrived, the ladies at the front were very courteous, helpful, and friendly (awesome customer service). Darrell Ferguson (they guy that did the estimate) was very efficient. He came out and got straight to work with taking pictures and taking note. The only thing is the insurance company (Hartford) who the claim was filed under sent Gerber 2 different files both with different information. Because of ... this, Darrell wasn't able to do much until they returned his phone call. In the meantime I went home and waited for a call back. Shortly thereafter, Darrell called me back informing me that her insurance (Hartford) took full responsibility for for the accident and would cover all repairs and rental car fees. I drove back over and had a feeling that I was leaving my vehicle in good hands. They quickly got it in and got me connected with a car rental agency. On Friday 10.18.2013 I received a phone call informing me that my car was ready and I could pick it up anytime. I was shocked that it was done so quickly!!! WONDERFUL. When I went to get my car, I was amazed at the work. The paint matched perfectly, the work was immaculate. They did such an awesome job!!! I would recommend them to anyone needed some work done! It is rare to see a business go out of there way for you, but Gerber collision did. They were amazing to work with. They walked me through the process step by step. I'm very mechanically inclined, so they walked me into the garage and showed me all the items that need to be repaired once the fenders and bumper were off. They called me to keep me up to date, and responded quickly to my inquiries. I never go out of my way to write reviews or give feedback, but I thought it was necessary to give credit were credit was due.

Beth Taylor kept me constantly informed throughout the repair process with voicemail messages. Additionally, Beth and the staff at Gerber - Clayton, NC noticed a blemish or defect in the repair part and refinished the part to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Gerber collision and glass did an awesome job on my car. My car looked like new once I got it back. Jennifer Ward did a great job with keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle every step of the way. I hope that I am never in a situation where I have damaged my car, but if I am, I will definitely take it back to Gerber. I will recommend this repair shop to any of my friends or family members in need.

Sorry for the delay, I was in a meeting… ugh…. The Jeep is great! And it looks great, sounds great and was even clean!! They have been doing a lot of road work on 801 so my car was filthy and I just couldn’t bring myself to Auto Bell until they were done. So that was perfect timing.
