I was extremely happy with everyone that I met while getting my car repaired due to an accident. The car was repaired to my satisfaction! I met with Angie Morales first and she was great to work with. Tonya was always pleasant on the phone and in person; Ashley kept me up to date on the status of my car and helped me out with all my questions. They even did a couple of extras (fixed my sun visor holder, put my "LX" nameplate on the rear deck) that were not due to the accident at no extra charge! That is truly going above and beyond expectations. I forgot to mention Jason who wanted to make sure that I was being helped while waiting for my wife to pick me up! I am one happy customer!

The manager and employees were extremely helpful and polite at all times. They sent me updates via text message at every step of the process. They were efficient in getting the car rental company there to pick me up and rental drop off was easy and seamless. The work they performed was top of the line and they explained the process and after care to me very clearly. I would most definitely recommend Gerber to anyone who may need repairs.

Rick was incredibly helpful with coordinating my collision repair and then some. He went out of his way to ensure I was well informed of the timeliness of getting my repairs done, coordinating my rent-a-car, itemizing charges with my insurance company, and coordinating further requests (ie. state inspection) with local auto-companies needs went outside Gerber's services. Over-all my experience was great and I greatly appreciate your whole teams efforts.

Folks did a great job. Kept me informed all during the repair cycle. Convenient rental car pickup and drop-off Car was completed on time, cleaned inside and out, and the repairs looked terrific. Can't say enough about how great Tawnya and Ashley were in the office. A great operation that will get my referral.

My car looks great! I really appreciate the excellent customer service that I received from Christine Darnell. She is very knowledgeable on the parts and repair process and she kept me updated with the progress on my car. There were a couple of hiccups on getting the proper and usable parts for my repair, but it was explained to me and I had no problems with the delay. I have already recommended this Gerber location to friends and will continue to do so.
