Andy J. and his associates are superb...Andy personally assisted my wife and myself with our automobiles which were repaired to perfection. This was/is especially appreciated as I was out of the state for (1) repair and trusting Andy & 'Gerber' was exactly what I needed. We will only utilize 'Gerber' and always recommend them.

Brought my car to the 15-501 Durham location in early may, was told it would be ready on 5/14. Got a call on 5/7 or 5/8 that it was ready for pickup - a week early - and the car looks great. They did a really great job on the car and had it back a week early. This branch has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I was helped by J.D. and Jennifer (Jessica maybe?) both when I dropped my car off and picked it up. Can't say enough positive things about both. Jennifer is really helpful and comforting on the phone, and has a way of making the customer forget the stress of having to pay for and get a car repaired. I walked in upset and walked out with a smile. J.D. was very professional and knowledgeable, clearly one of the best at the branch. I easily could've mistaken him for the owner because of how skillfully and ... effortlessly he operates. Loved working with him and he's great with customers, but it was obvious that he's capable of so much more. He should be managing people or managing operations. A+ for both read more

I give Gerber Collision & Glass 5 Stars. I wish I could give them 10 Stars. Kevin was awesome. He was very professional, but made me feel like family. He gave me step by step on how things would go. It went very smooth. I had my car when he said I would have my car. Liberty Mutual is the insurance of the person that hit my car. If I ever need a body shop again it will definitely be Gerber Collision & Glass. Molly in the office was awesome too.

Everyone did a fantastic job it was awesome. Everyone from the people working the front desk to Reece helping me get a hold of the claims agent that wouldn't reply to anything or just explaining some of the issues with the car to me.

Everyone was very friendly and took time to explain everything involved and answered any and all questions asked. Tex was terrific. I came in for an estimate on a bumper repair and he was able to fix it himself 99% in 10 minutes at no charge. Nice guy, too. I will definitely refer others to Tex -- in fact, my mother in law's car needs some body work and I will send her there. Thanks!

Mr. Kevin D. demonstrates an exceptional mastery of professional skills. He makes a favorable impression, displays genuineness in dealing with others and easily gains one's confidence. Mr. D.'s ability to relate and demeanor was most refreshing. It is my sincere hope that I will not be in need of collision services in the future, but if I do Mr. D. will definitely be sought out. Without question, I would really recommend family, friends and business associates to him.
