NC - 6013 Victory Lane, Concord - 5/1/14
Our Honda Civic was taken to Gerber Collision in Concord, NC after it was rear-ended on I-85. Jason P. was the Estimator, who evaluated the damage to our car. He was very personable, and took time with us to explain the significant damage our car sustained and that it would not be repaired; helped us get things out of our car; and explained the process we would go through with our insurance company. We are from Virginia and knew no one in Concord NC..... It was a stressful situation but Janson made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. When we arrived home, we realized that we had forgotten to get some music CD's out of the car. Jason very kindly mailed them to us. We consider Jason to be a huge asset to your Concord NC facility. In addition to Jason P., Tawanda in the office was also extremely helpful. We appreciated her kindness.

The staff at GERBER on Sunshine Way, Greensboro, NC are the best, most efficient, most caring of any company we've dealt with car care or otherwise... You value us as a customer and we certainly value you as someone that we will come back to if the situation ever arises. We hope we never have damage like this from a storm or accident ever again... but we certainly know where we want to bring our cars to!! Michael was just the greatest to work with. took care of both of our automobiles and kept us up to date constantly on progress. Brad was awesome. He provided me and the claims adjuster with updates along the way. I was able to get the work started on my car quickly and the work was completed 2 days earlier than originally quoted. They did a great job. All of the staff was friendly.

Excellent friendly staff. Car looks great. Great turnover time. Car looked better than when I left. Appointment the same day I called. Would recommend to others. I am planning to bring my daughter's car in when she returns from school to fix her bumper due to the excellent work Gerbercollison did on my other car.

Gerber worked with us and worked quickly to help our situation. My husband is active duty military and we were visiting North Carolina for only a short time on leave from our home in Kentucky. Craig worked closely with us to get the car done as close as possible to my husband's report date back to Fort Knox. Even though they weren't able to finish before my husband had to be back they went above and beyond to help me and my son when we went to pick it up by ourselves to drive 8 hours back across 4 States to get home. They not only helped me move my luggage, car seat etc back into my vehicle but also reassured me that they took it for a good test drive to make sure I would have no issues on my long drive home with my baby. They truly exceeded expectations and I will recommend them to anyone I can in the Greensboro area!

I took my Mazdaspeed3 to the location in Concord on Victory Lane. They did a great job! I don't think anyone would ever realize that the area that was repaired had ever been damaged in the first place. The estimator that took me in, Jason Pope, was very courteous and helpful, and the rest of the staff that I met were as well. From start to finish, it was painless and was handled very quickly. 10/10
