This is a first class repair/service operation. My car and myself were treated with total consideration and respect. I was kept informed during the entire repair process and given excellent recommendations/advice when requested. Frank Rochelle was very professional and took a personal interest in my car...making sure it was returned to me in better than pre-accident condition. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing auto body or glass repair service.

Collision damage to my brand new automobile (~1800 miles old) occurred when the opposite party ran a red light. I took the car to Gerber at the direction of USAA. This is an extremely well-managed organization..The site manager and staff were incredibly sympathetic and eager to restore the car to its original state. The professionalism of the team simply could not have been better. They kept me well informed regarding the particulars and timing of the repair and the car was ready to go when promised. I would use their services again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend them to others..

My 2012 Honda Accord was backed into in a parking lot. I've had body repairs before where things just didn't go well. Not the case with Gerber. Jason was wonderful. I knew what was going on with the repair on a daily basis, the car was fixed in a timely manner and I can't even tell where the damage was. Thank you Jason and Gerber! :)
