NC - 1429 Mechanical Blvd, Garner - 4/22/14
After body repair on our truck, we asked about a problem with our door on our other car. Kevin D. was able to identify the problem as a faulty hinge. Gerber was able to complete that repair for us too. When I picked up my car, to my surprise, it had been washed and the inside vacuumed. Good customer service from Gerber in Garner, NC.

The automobile accident was horrible, dealing with all the insurance questions etc was also horrible. However, Gerber could not have been more considerate, efficient, and did excellent work on my automobile. What a wonderful experience!!!! I will certainly refer anyone needing body or glass repair to them.

II give this shop "5" stars I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door with the professionalism of the entire staff. I was made to feel welcomed,appreciated prior to my needs being discussed.The business was very clean and did not look as if it was a body shop.I will highly recommend this body shop to family and friends.When I picked up my car the staff had gone "above" my expectations.My car looked as if it was coming off the car dealers lot instead of a collision repair shop from the detailed work that was done after repairs were completed.I am a very 100% satisfied customer and will return if a need should a rise in the future.

My experience with Gerber was fantastic. Brad was so helpful and informative and kept me updated while my car was being repaired. my first visit,I have to give A BIG 5 Stars+ my Toyota RAV4 WAS Scratch very lightly on the back spare Tire cover,They actully Fixed it on the spot using just a little touch up paint,And send me on my way,with out even charge me.Now they have me and lots more customers for LIFE. Thank you to All GERBER BOYS YOU ARE HIGHLY WRECK-OMMENDED.

Put a new rear bumper on my honda accord. If you could rate a 10 I would. They were quick and kept me informed at all times and finished my car 2 days early.. Handled getting me a rental car and when I picked my car up, they had given it a wonderful wash job. I will recommend them to everyone i know. Everyone there was so nice and I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them....It looks great.

What a great experience from start to finish. After the wreck occurred and my car was towed in, they were nice enough to send Ashley to pick me up to get my rental. What a huge help! Kevin handled my repairs and kept me updated on my car during the entire process. My car was done quicker than originally expected. And they even delivered it! I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

My whole accident ordeal has been very nerve wrecking and stressful. But I am very happy to report Jennifer did not contribute to any of it. Jennifer gave awesome customer service. I received an update telephone call weekly (sometimes twice a week). My car was ready two weeks prior to the projected finish date. From check in to check out I received great service. Thank you and job well done.

We went to Gerber collision when we got rear ended in traffic. We really didn't have any idea where to go. We found Gerber was very close to where we lived and my husband asked at work and someone said they had gone there. Well, they were great about keeping us informed on the progress of our car and were very professional. We got our car back in a week and it looks GREAT!!! You would never guess we had any damage. They were so friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
