I give Gerber Collision & Glass 5 Stars. I wish I could give them 10 Stars. Kevin was awesome. He was very professional, but made me feel like family. He gave me step by step on how things would go. It went very smooth. I had my car when he said I would have my car. Liberty Mutual is the insurance of the person that hit my car. If I ever need a body shop again it will definitely be Gerber Collision & Glass. Molly in the office was awesome too.

Everyone did a fantastic job it was awesome. Everyone from the people working the front desk to Reece helping me get a hold of the claims agent that wouldn't reply to anything or just explaining some of the issues with the car to me.

Everyone was very friendly and took time to explain everything involved and answered any and all questions asked. I had no problems with anything and feel I would recommend Gerber as a great place to do business with.

Very efficient and courteous. Vehicle looked as it did the day I bought it when I picked it up. Every time I called to check on the vehicle, I was always treated with the up most respect. Tex was terrific. I came in for an estimate on a bumper repair and he was able to fix it himself 99% in 10 minutes at no charge. Nice guy, too. I will definitely refer others to Tex -- in fact, my mother in law's car needs some body work and I will send her there. Thanks!

Mr. Kevin D. demonstrates an exceptional mastery of professional skills. He makes a favorable impression, displays genuineness in dealing with others and easily gains one's confidence. Mr. D.'s ability to relate and demeanor was most refreshing. It is my sincere hope that I will not be in need of collision services in the future, but if I do Mr. D. will definitely be sought out. Without question, I would really recommend family, friends and business associates to him.

Awesome service and excellent body work! I cannot even tell my car was ever wrecked. Jason Pope and Tawnya Stephen made my nightmare of having a wrecked car into a dream... This was the first time I have ever had to have a vehicle fixed from a wreck and if it should ever happen again, which I hope it does not... but if it does, Gerber is the only place my vehicles will go! And Jason Pope went over and above customer service... One of the nicest people I have ever met! Thank you so very much!
