Unbelievable customer service! All the staff was so nice and took time to explain what was needed, how much, how long... and then again when I picked it up. The work was beautiful and on time. Their system of updating me by text was great.. in a whole week I never wondered what was going on or had to call them. Thank you for outstanding service!

I had a very positive experience with Gerber Collision and Glass on Ice Drive, Raleigh, NC. I was met by Brad who looked at the damage to my bumper immediately. He gave me an estimate while I waited, which didn't take long. He explained everything they would have to do and exact-y ly how long it would take. They were able to start on it immediately. Which impressed me because they were busy. I received phone calls to update me on their progress. I was able to pick it up the next day. Their work was flawless. My car looks fantastic. They deserve a 5 out of 5 stars for their work, but they also deserve it for the way they treat you. I was impressed.

Brought my car to the 15-501 Durham location in early may, was told it would be ready on 5/14. Got a call on 5/7 or 5/8 that it was ready for pickup - a week early - and the car looks great. They did a really great job on the car and had it back a week early. This branch has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I was helped by J.D. and Jennifer (Jessica maybe?) both when I dropped my car off and picked it up. Can't say enough positive things about both. Jennifer is really helpful and comforting on the phone, and has a way of making the customer forget the stress of having to pay for and get a car repaired.
