Excellent customer service! Gerber really exceeded my expectations. All I had to do was bring my car to their shop. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They did an outstanding job on my bumper!! When I picked my car up, it looked just like it did when I purchased it two years ago! They also cleaned her up for me! The inside and outside was spotless! The individuals at this location are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our Honda Civic was taken to Gerber Collision in Concord, NC after it was rear-ended on I-85. Jason P. was the Estimator, who evaluated the damage to our car. He was very personable, and took time with us to explain the significant damage our car sustained and that it would not be repaired; helped us get things out of our car; and explained the process we would go through with our insurance company. We are from Virginia and knew no one in Concord NC..... It was a stressful situation but Janson made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. When we arrived home, we realized that we had forgotten to get some music CD's out of the car. Jason very kindly mailed them to us. We consider Jason to be a huge asset to your Concord NC facility. In addition to Jason P., Tawanda in the office was also extremely helpful. We appreciated her kindness.

Thank you for taking such good care of us during the ice storm we experienced here this past March. Our Insurance Company, THE HARTFORD GROUP, sent us directly to you at GERBER and you've both been wonderful to work with. The staff at GERBER on Sunshine Way, Greensboro, NC are the best, most efficient, most caring of any company we've dealt with car care or otherwise... You value us as a customer and we certainly value you as someone that we will come back to if the situation ever arises. We hope we never have damage like this from a storm or accident ever again... but we certainly know where we want to bring our cars to!! Michael was just the greatest to work with. took care of both of our automobiles and kept us up to date constantly on progress. I cannot remember the front desk receptionist name, (Leslie? perhaps).. but she was awesome ... as well. You DEFINETELY NEED more stars than a simple 5 for this staff.
